we went over this discussion but I'll pitch my 2 cents since we have had yuvi supposedly a 5 yr old since then, that I finally sorta like yuvi as.

As far as yuvle, it was a bacha romance that yuvi cultivated for his moms revenge. There was never any love. Just biding his time till she gave in and he could then malign her. But the entry of kunj threw a spanner in his planning. Kunj stood like a rock between them when ever he tried to hurt twinkle. So frankly there was no love ever. The planning even when he tried to molest her was clearly a psycho with his revenge on his mind and not an iota of concern for twinks.

He is now on this trip on a solo mode and convinced his mom that he is truly hurt in the head. He never hit her for twinkle but to deflect his getting caught and showing his "innocence" just as he shot her shoulder to get her an entry in the sarna house.

The first meeting of Twinj was crackling and they rock. Lately the direction has been rushed on their scenes to focus on everything else. Like todays hug, kunj was looking jumpy and they kept panning back to yuvi, 2wice would be enough and we get a connection between them and then the fire but kunj barely turned to her and he sees the fire, thats gotta slow down.

Yuvi as a bacha is the only way I ll tolerate him... I had hoped he'd be out of the story by now ... Yuvle as end game is never happening EVER... Its Twinj all the way or else Im done.

I agreem i always though yuvi loved her but his love is different. Its obssessive. He does care for her he would neber let anyone else harm her. He feels he can be however he wants towards her becausw he thinks thats his right but he wouldnt let anyone else touch her. He becomes jealous. And thats okay, but yuvi is obsession. Im not forgetting he tried to rape her and he thought thats okay. I dont think thats anitas brainwashing. Thats yuvi. Yuvi thinks what he does to twinkle is justified. He just doesnt like when anyone else treats her bad. I think if yuvi turned good, he could prove to be a good friend to twinj. Their supporter. And id love to see that. He does have goos in him but he needs to realize his faults. Bring kunjs sis in the pic and we may have 2 lovable couples in tue show.

I watched the epi again.The expression UV gave when Anita was demanding punishment for Twinkle.UV's expression were like shit what mom is doing.If Twinkle goes to Leela's house.UV will not able to be around Twikle 24X7.So he was like somehow Twinkle does not goes to Leela's house.

UV just thinks he owns Twinkle n he only has the right to love her,punish her etc.,.He thinks it's love.But it's obsession.

Well what I loved the most about TEI is the presentation of both the male leads (Yes for me both Kunj n Yuvi are leads...Kunj 1st n Yuvi 2nd)

They introduced Yuvi 1st instead of Kunj & it was not a sudden change... it was pre planned.

Yes initial promos were misleading still we can't ignore the fact that cvs left lots of hints for us to recognize the actual male lead be it Twinkle's "Incomplete dream" Twinkle-Usha equation or Kunj's entry...

Keeping the 1st male lead as a surprise element is something new to TV because in most of the shows male leads late entry happens based on popularity n trp which is not the case in TEI for sure

Now coming to Yuvi,

Yuvi as a character has a loads of potential...

After Kunj, Twinkle & Leela I love Yuvi...

For me the "Tashan" means Twinkle v/s Yuvi & "Ishq" means Kunj + Twinkle

and Tashan E Ishq is all about Kunj Twinkle & Yuvi

Yuvi has no idea about the meaning of love & I can't even blame him for that

I would love love to see Yuvi "Learning to love" from Kunj-Twinkle

Story started shaping after Kunj entry. in ek hazaroon mein meri behna hai the main male leads entered after 1 or 2 episodes

I'm so with you on the flashback part!! When they showed the flashback of Yuvi jumping into Twinkle's yard to tell her about the hair style he liked I was fangirling the way I used to at the beginning of the show! I want to see more flashbacks of Yuvi doing crazy, daring things cause I love that! I'm hoping for more flashbacks while Twinkle is plotting to expose him.. Maybe flashbacks of things that irritate him or just some crazy and daring things he did while they were dating!!

(My first thought was: Twinkle is SO lucky she has such handsome men by her side hehe). Yuvi, as angry as he was at Twinkle for wearing the short dress, he was by her side, against the other dude.

My point was haha that Yuvi went through a crazy phase, and trust me he's still a psycho but you can see that he does have some real feelings for her!

I noticed that too... He seriously didnt want twinkle to be swnt back to leela... The fear of that happening was clearly visible on his face..

I dont think yuvi ever imagined of twinkle getting married to anyone else but him so he treated her like a doormat as he knew she loved him blindly and was sure she would never stand upto him or walk out on him... But when she actually did and chose kunj over him he got crazy...

and this craziness of his with time became a sort of obsession to him... Now all he wants is twinkle. He can go to any length to get her and make her his. He has actually gone berserk in this obsession...

Even though he has gone out of his mind, he does lovetwinkle as this love of his is the foundation of his craziness...

I love Zain too so I kinda hope Yuvi is redeemed at some point in the show and he gets a lady love of his own , if the CVs go down that route it'll probably be Kunj's mystical sister , unless that's weird now since Anita married Surjeet😆

I'm with you on 5 year old Yuvi.. He's adorably funny!! And this has nothing to do with anything but I just love his toy bunny.. The way it flaps it's ears while walking is so cute!!
And honestly the only feeling I feel like Yuvi actually has for Twinkle are somewhere between protective and possessive.. Cause he'll never do anything to cause any actual harm to her and he'll never let someone else hurt her either.. The only problem with this is that he's willing to do anything to be with her or around her.. The urge he has to protect her from everything is fine but the fact that he's also very possessive is what's putting it all off..
What he's doing is good yet bad at the same time in my opinion.. He'll stand with her against other people which is good but he'll also be against the other people standing with her.. Namely Kunj.. The fact that he's against people that are with her is what's messing up everything in my opinion..
