Am sure Lokesh killed Mohit and Sooraj is taking the blame for the murder becoz he thinks Lalima did it. In his mind, Sooraj is repaying Lalima for "saving" his life by taking on the blame. Am sure Sooraj does not know Lalima did not kill Mohit. I think even Lalima does not know that her own brother has killed Mohit, if one gives her the benefit of doubt. (which explains Lokesh's anxiety at sending his sister away out of town & his insistence to her on not telling anybody her whereabouts ) Especially, I don't think she would have left town if she knew her "love" Sooraj was implicated in the murder.
But if we look at motive, Lokesh is the only one who had motive to kill Mohit. Mohit had always insulted his sister and seeing him stealing the money meant for his sister's marriage, may have made him mad at Mohit and killed him in a fit of rage.
Anybody agree with me on this?
