Article:BAN ON Superstitious content on TV-BCCC

Women as witches ,practitioners of black magic and exorcism on tv have to be banished from prime time following a strong advisory that went out on 11.11.2015 (Thursday) from the BCCC(Broadasting content complaints council,a self regulatory body established by broadcasters.The BCCC directive was sent out to channels following complaints from viewers on superstitious content.

My sis-in-law said they put up warning on tv when these boot episodes were on. i guess the international channels are a little more bothered about what nonsense they are showing and the affect on its audience or they are too scared of complaints . i guess in India nothing bothers them.
