Well a lot of times you just don't get a good vibe from someone..Maybe Kish just didn't like Mandana's behaviour/attitude the way she talks or something. There is no need to put this to beauty just because it involves two girls because there are examples that show it is not the case (kish hasn't targeted Rimi, Yuvika, and even Roch as much even though they can also be considered prettier than her). And regarding targeting Mandy in tasks, everyone has noticed that in past Mandy mostly used to give up tasks. So it is really easy to irritate her and make her give up. The whole house this season takes out personal grudges in tasks.. not very specific to Kish.
