@bold -- she isolates herself through her behaviour. Why didn't the HMs get the luxury budget? BECAUSE of Rimi. It was her fault, no one can deny that. Perhaps Mandana was also to blame--- but that's why she was punished with the secret room task. This is her punishment (and maybe redemption). That's why she was given an opportunity to bring it back to the HMs. She's obviously not obliged to give away her makeup. But any nice person, who had some real feelings for the contestants would've done that. That's what the HMs were expecting. And that's why they're pissed. She chose to save herself/ do something that was in her own interest rather than sacrificing for the interest of the whole house. And when you act like that, it's obvious that other people would not want to defend you (because really, it's not defendable behaviour. It was selfish of her to do that. Anyone can admit that). Hence why she's isolated.
Not to mention, she also mocks the games the contestants play. She doesn't take the game or show seriously, breaks rules, etc. Whereas the contestants do and hence they feel like its unfair. It's the same thing with Mandana -- one of the reasons why HMs don't like her (her own shitty behaviour and the unfairness that she gets to not do tasks and generally isn't punished).
I don't think anyone really disagrees that Rimi gives content. She's obviously shown in epis -- that means she gives content. Rather, I think the complaint most people have with her is because of her behavior. She's a debbie downer, no one can disagree. She mocks the game, mocks the way contestants play (she always mentions Rochelle's strategy for example), mocks the tasks, etc. Some people find this attitude of hers liberating and different. Whereas others find it rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Just different strokes for different people.
Again, this isn't a personal attack on Rimi (many people think that wanting Rimi out of the house means that they think she's a horrible person with no redeeming qualities). I think she's a nice person. A bit cold but nice nonetheless. It's just one viewpoint as to why her behaviour is criticized so much.
