I guess next round of confusion between MP would be if Prachi gets pregnant and then Milind will be made to think that is of Neev. I guess in the future this would be the confusion.

I don't thing so but I have a feeling Ayesha will create misunderstanding between S-S to hurt Milind and Prachi (maybe she will blackmail Prachi because Prachi knows Surkti's raaz).
