Personally I would say...it's neither Niti's fault nor Parth's nor that of any of the actors.

It is the track, plot, storyline and the direction and the way they are showing changed personalities of most of the cast members...their new looks..(hairstyles, looks), the bgm, the settings, all these are making changes in the way things are presented to us. I feel...a major factor is the presentation.

Just go back to Season 1 and check the look that Nandini and Manik had in the initial few episodes. Yes they were younger..but Nandini was less glamorous then..less makeup, hairstyle and that gave her a more simpler look. The way she used to smile and cry was so different...now the way she smiles is a bit more seasoned smile.😆 The way Manik acted was so different. First he was monster agree...but then again his hairstyling..the kind of clothes he used to wear..the way he reacted. Manik had this hesitant reaction at points, he used to sort of look very disturbed, very wavering...like the part where Rishabh gets the first attack and Manik sees it and his expressions are really interesting there. That is the Manik I first noticed. The way..his eyes were looking around here and there..and the way he said "Smile..." U are my spot so smile..that Manik is so different in many ways from this Manik. Maybe both their characters evolved. But now Manik's smiles are relaxed calmed down and Nandini is also cool around Manik.

Even in romantic scenes..the way both of them used to look...all depends on the suggestions of the director.

U know..whenever I watch Season 2...I find their looks..the background music...etc totally disconnected with Season 1. If we take for instance...the kind of songs that was used when there were moments of Manik and Nandini together.

Let me put a few examples:~

(1) The scene of Manik and Nandini in store room...one of the most romantic parts...I would say... Manik asks Nandini to climb up the stool and Nandini hesitates a bit..then the way they react when their fingers touch. Nandini has this different sort of gazing...as if she is a bit shocked and then the expressions she gave when she put her palm on Manik's shoulder and Manik took his hand off the stool and perhaps wanted to hold her or he was backing off and they were gazing into each others eyes..a light wind blew (MaNan alone time)...don't know..but what I noticed most was in that scene...the song that was playing was ... "Sham" from "Aisha"

Watch the video of this song and then watch the way the song is applied in the MaNan scene in the store room...just a few seconds and we'll realize that it looks more beautiful in the few seconds of Manik and Nandini more than in the original movie video itself.

Watch this episode where this song is applied on MaNan and U will realize what I meant

We think that it is all about actors...but lots more is there to it. Even a romantic scene...a simple romantic scene can be made beautiful with the right kind of music, the right kind of setting...the right kind of looks ( as in dress, accessories..look of the actor/actress including hairstyle)...the right kind of expressions and even the slow motions that we even not think about. I mean...people look even more handsome/beautiful in slow motion when their hair move with the breeze or their eyes open slowly or even minutest lip movements. All this added a lot to MaNan scenes. Like I said..if I speak of MaNan scenes alone now the presentation of romance between MaNan and the way it was presented before was entirely different.

Now leaving MaNan scenes...coming to the storyline...I would truly love it...if

(1) Nandini makes Aryaman realize that Manik is the only one she can ever love and him going after her is a total waste of time.

(2) Aryaman realizing the fact and to take a break from Nandini starts hanging around more with Navya and perhaps he starts taking an interest in helping Navya with Abeer and he becomes a support system to Navya..because I feel Navya needs Aryaman more than Nandini (taking into account the way she cares for Aryaman too)😆😛

(3) After Dhruv leaves...I feel maybe a friendship track between Alya and the boss can start and maybe he motivates her to move on in life.

(4) The two adoptive characters should turn out to be fakes and Fab 4 should teach him & her a good lesson in their Season 1 style!😆

(5) More MaNan scenes with good background songs (they can even bring old songs like Ishq bulava, jaise mera tu, zehnaseeb etc)...make Nandini appear a bit less glamorous (less lipstick and stuff...she looks like a doll more that way)😆 and make her have a simpler sweeter look and make Manik and Nandini go on a foreign trip or something...like going on rollercoaster..Nandini getting scared to get on rides and Manik taking her on some adventure sports...then visiting some places like Thailand or something..taking selfies together and then sitting by the beach and discussing about their past...such moments can bring tons more romance.

Please dear CV if U intend to bring a MaNan scene..make sure not to sandwich an Aryaman scene or Navya-Mukti scene etc in between. Give one full episode..ie; 20 minutes of MaNan in a stretch. I feel fans would atleast rewatch that single episode. Agree??😳

Note: I re-checked my post and I'm unable to view the video I posted..but the video opened when I copy pasted on browser..try it and do watch the differences in presentation. Same song...two presentations..which one U liked more..do comment!😳
