Aly is a good actor, he can emote various expressions well but he's not very good at enacting romantic scenes. We are forgetting he's just 24, maybe this show won't help him much to earn fame but he'll grow as a lead actor. And he's got his age in his favor, if he struggles for another 2-3 years to get another lead role, he will still remain fresh and this lead actor role in his CV will be a big advantage for him.

Absolutely! I really hope he does well for himself ...

Till anita is there in yhm no other actors can get space...it is good aly is gettibg another show. I watch it for him...

But i am shocked as to why ekta didnt cast anita instead...woh tho uski trp queen hai na...

I think since Aly is going to be the new lead in another show, the cvs may make him the culprit who is Ashok,s contact for planning to kill Raman, and send him off to jail for a long time thus ending his character in YHM. I know it is far fetched, but you know YHM CVs.

even i think so. there is temporary exit of aly.

Aly is not a lead material, in fact none from the supporting cast of YHM are lead materials. They will shine as long as they do supporting roles. In earlier days, it was different. For example, Ekta's hit show Kahin Toh Hoga's most of the supporting young actors went on to become successful lead actors. Even Kyunki and Kasauti shows had the same caliber. Things are different now, at that time (8-10 years back) most of the supporting actors were very young (20-24 years) and there was shortage for lead actors. Things are entirely opposite now. Now even big tv stars struggle to get work once they are out of work and newcomers are thrown away like a tissue paper if they fail to perform, just like makers did with the original leads of KTHTMD.

It's a big opportunity for Aly and very challenging too. But he got the role because he's relatively young (23 or 24 perhaps), no established actor would like to ruin his image by joining a sinking ship. Plus he's associated with a hit show for 2 years and got befriended with people who matter through this show and of course his brother, Karan.
