OMG!! Sumir still believes Triveni??

Ok, In todays USA/Can epi, the puja for Dev is going on in the Bhardwaj house, and there, Triveni creates a whole facso about Dev being Shagun and Sumir child. And when after that, Sumir reaches Chaturvedi house, he camly asks Triveni as to why she did that all thing in B house? Hello?? Doesn't he have any brains? OK, 1st it was Triveni who wanted Sumir to be killed, he came back, still believed her, than she helped Shakti kidnapp Dev and she even tried to stop him from searching for Shakti, and still Sumir stayed calm and didn't say anything after all Shagun told him about ST torturing her! And now, the whole new facso! What is wrong with him? Now, this is different, here the main lead Shagun is more heated than Sumir! I think that in order to make SS different from other shows, they made the girl hot headed and the guy calm!
