Tere Sheher Mein, the show that won many hearts has finally ended. The journey of Amaya Mathur's life, the hardships she faced in her life was portrayed in the show. Tere Sheher Mein had an amazing fun loving bonding offscreen and that what gave us some memorable scenes. TSM cast was like a family offscreen, and it was clearly evident from their regular offscreen pics.😳⭐️

Some shows end on a good note and some end on a bad note. We all know that TSM came up with its own ups and downs. TSM gave its viewers good memories as well as bad memories for its different viewers. With the drastic change in storyline, there had been a difference in TSM viewership. The sudden change in story and the things that followed, led to huge amount of dislike from the viewers. But it also liked by some of its viewers. However, the show failed to make its successful mark.

This farewell thread is a small attempt to take you through the whole journey of Tere Sheher Mein that we got. Its understandable that viewers were not satisfied with the show overall, but its a humble request to Please keep aside the dislike that the fans have for whatever happened with their favorite show. Just appreciate whatever good memories we have got from this show. The thread is intended for appreciating Tere Sheher Mein as a whole. 😃

Tere Sheher Mein, had hit the Television screens on 2nd March 2015. It went through various journey from Paris to Mumbai to Benaras.⭐️
The show started with the backdrop of happy lovely Mathur family which was headed by Rishi Mathur and Sneha Mathur. Rishi Mathur, a successful businessman gave a lavish high class life to his wife Sneha and three darling daughters, Rachita, Amaya and Jasmine. 😳

The main protagonist Amaya Mathur was the most pampered daughter of Rishi Mathur. Amaya's father fulfilled her every wish since childhood, so she doesn't see the value of money. After completing her studies from Paris, Mathur family gets headed for Rachita's engagement. 😳

But destiny had other plans, Rishi becomes bankrupt, and commits suicide.😭 Rishi's death changes the Mathurs' lives completely. They lose all their property in Mumbai and Rachita's engagement is broken. Rishi is stamped as a fraud in the media. The family faces a shortage of money and Sneha Mathur takes the decision of moving back to her hometown Banaras. Sneha and her 3 daughter struggle to settle in Banaras at first, but learn to accept their new home.

Rishi's friend and business friend Hari who is put in jail due to Rishi's bankruptcy crisis. Hari's son, Rudra, hates the Mathurs for keeping his father away from his family, and he and his mother Kaushalya start creating problems for them without their knowledge.😡

Along with facing hardships to settle in Benaras, the city also goes on revealing new truths to Amaya and her sisters. They came to know about the Chaubey family and the bitterness between the families. Gajanand dislikes the Mathurs as Sneha and Rishi married against Gajanand's will.

Meanwhile, Mantu, a charming tourist guide in Banaras, lives with his younger brother Chiklu. Uma is Mantu's best friend, but she secretly loves him and aspires to marry him. 😛

On the other hand, Rachita befriends Ramashrey, a decent and calm boy who runs his father's shop. Ramashrey develops feelings for Rachita. They both share the same problem of OCD, and soon they both become friends. But Rama starts taking steps to take their friendship to love. 😳

Soon, love starts blossoming between Mantu and Amaya while working at the same office😳, but Uma starts creating misunderstanding between them, so that they both dont confess their love. 😡

Later it is revealed that Rachita is the illegitimate child of Sneha and Dev Angnihotri, 😲Sneha's ex-boyfriend. When Sneha and Dev decided to runaway to Mumbai, Dev ditched her. Rishi accepted Sneha at that moment and gave Rachita his name. When Gajanand comes to know about this he forgives Sneha and accepts the Mathurs.

Meanwhile, Rachita and Rama's marriage gets fixed in a haste.

Later, after some ups and downs, Mantu realizes that he loves Amaya as well and confesses it during Rachita-Rama marriage preparations. But again destiny had major changes in the life of Amaya.

Dev joins hands with Sumitra(Rama's mom) to take revenge from Mathurs and Chaubeys. Sumitra threatens Gajanand and blackmails him about knowing Rachita is illegitimate child. Gajanand suffers major heart attack and suffers paralysis. On learning Sumitra blackmailing her Nana, Amaya quickly steps in to save her family's respect and reputation. By making a deal with Sumitra, without her family knowledge, she marries Rama to hide the truth and also to take revenge with Sumitra.

The story takes a altogether different turn from here. Rachita's marriage is broken for second time and Sneha breaks all ties with Amaya because of her betrayal. Rama hates her for marrying him without his knowledge. Mantu is heartbroken and he leaves the city.

Amaya faces lots of trouble caused by Sumitra. Her relation with Rama starts changing too. Rama's cousin sister Kangana steps in their lives. And Amaya moves on with a new journey on unveiling more chapters of her life.

Amaya and Rama clears out Rishi's name from the bankruptcy fraud case. Dev's evil intentions were revealed to everyone. Rachita knows the truth about her birth and Amaya is accepted by her family. Finally, after facing lots of troubles from the evil Tilak, Rama and Amaya realise their feelings for each other. The show ended with Rama and Amaya accepting their relation.

Rishi Mathur who was a successful business and his caring housewife Sneha Mathur had three darling daughters. A person who loves his family endlessly, so much that he killed himself even if he wasn't at fault. He was a successful business man and cared about his employees.

Sneha Mathur was Rishi's wife and Amaya, Rachita and Jasmine's mother. She was always worried about her daughters as they were not independent enough because of Rishi. She is Gajanand Chaubey's daughter and previously lived in Benares. She was in love with Dev Agnihotri.

Rachita is the eldest among the three sisters. Rachita is illegitimate daughter of Dev and Sneha who was readily accepted and loved by Rishi as his own daughter. Rachita is an OCD freak who loves to keep things in a particular manner. She was engaged to Rohan but it didn't work as she went bankrupt and he left her.

Amaya is a fashion freak and loves to buy new clothes. She completed her studies in Parisand lived a lavish life there. She loved her dad more than anything else and called him SUPERMAN. When the family moved to Benares, Amaya tried to become dependent and took up a job there where she fell in love with Mantu but later circumstances led to her marrying Ramashrey Gupta. She now lives happily with him and has fallen in love with Rama.

Jasmine Mathur who is lovingly called Jas. She is a bookworm and reads a lot of book and tops in every class. When they shifted to Benares, she took up Chiklu's tuition and joined the best school in Benares.

Gajanand Chaubey is Sneha's father. He is the most reputed man in Benares. For him his reputation comes first and everything else later. He is follower of values and tradition so much that he didn't contact her or cared about Sneha when she ran away with Dev.

Pushpa Chaubey is wife of Gajanand Chaubey and mother of Sneha . She loves her family and was there for Sneha when she needed her. She is always torn between Gajanand and Sneha.

Dinesh is the son of Gajanand and Pushpa. He cares about his family and gets agitated if somebody points a finger at them. He has a daughter Neeti.

Dimple is the wife of Dinesh and the bahu of Chaubey Family. She is from Allahabad originally and is a very social person and likes to talk very much. She was the first one to talk to Mathur's when they came to Benares.

Neeti is the daughter of Dinesh and Dimple. She loves her Dadaji very much and is a very obedient girl.

Mantu (Abhimanyu Shrivastav) lives with his small brother Chiklu and is very protective of him. He also has a best friend Uma who secretly loves him. Mantu works as a tourist guide and also does other part time works as computer repairer. He worked for the same in a Dev enterprises where Amaya worked too. There he fell in love with Amaya but when came to know that Amaya - the love of his life married Rama, he along with Chiklu and Uma went to Allahabad forever. Later he was found to be dead.

Chiklu is the Mantu's brother and is a very naughty boy. Chicklu took tuition from Jasmine so that he would score good marks in every subject.

Uma is Mantu's childhood best friend. She loves Mantu and can do anything for him. She tried everything to drift Mantu and Amaya apart but could not succeed.

Ramashrey Gupta who is fondly called as Rama. He wanted to take up a government job to support his family but his father wanted him to work in their grocery store. He is a big OCD freak and loves his Mother and Father very much. He was firstly in love with Rachita but then got married to Amaya and now they are leading a happily married life.

Sumitra is Rama's mother and wants him to get married to a rich girl. She joins hands with Dev to brin the entire Chaubey and Mathur family down so she made such circumstances that Amaya was forced to married Rama. Later she sorts all her issues with Amaya when she saved her life.

Ramashrey's Dad is handicapped and sits on a wheelchair. He has lost his confidence after he was handicapped. He works in their grocery store and respects Chaubey family.

Rudra is Hari's son and lives in Benares with his mother. He dislikes Rishi and the Mathur family very strongly. He did everything he could to bring them down.

Rudra's mother Kaushalya also hates Mathur family and joined hands with Rudra to destroy them.

Hari is the one who helps managing Rishi's business and also is a great friend of Rishi. Sneha calls him Bhaiyya and the three sisters call him Chachu. Hari loves them as if they are his family.

Dev Agnihotri is a popular businessman and runs a company named Dev enterprises. He loves sneha and is the father of Rachita. He left Sneha when she needed him the most. He made Rishi Bankrupt to take revenge. Years ago, Sneha was in love with Dev but misunderstandings grew over time which resulted Dev to become revengeful. His aim had always been to take revenge from the Mathurs for ruining his entire life.

Rama's cousin sister Kangana, an independent working girl comes to Benaras to stay with her family. Her character was showed having split personality disorder. She would turn into her another personality Kanika at times. She falls in love with Tilak.

Wheareas Tilak was an evil character who comes to Benaras with an evil intention of doing bomb blasts in the city to take revenge of his humiliation. Tilak pretends to be in love with Kangana, but finally his evil face is revealed. It was revealed that Mantu had learned about Tilak's bombing plans in Allahabad, which resulted in his death. Tilak was responsible for his death.

Rishi Mathur was a very doting and caring father.😳 He was the best Dad any girl can imagine. For him, his family's happiness was of utmost importance. Rishi and Amaya shared a very loving father daughter relationship. Amaya was the most pampered daughter for Rishi. He always fulfilled her every wish. Sneha was worried of Rishi's over pampered ness, but Rishi had faith that his daughter Amaya would mature as a person, when time will come right. For Amaya, her dad was her Superman, the one who could do anything for her.😳

Rishi and Sneha Mathur were a very understanding and lovely couple. Their relation had started with compromise and respect had turned into love. Rishi and Sneha lived for their three daughters. The little romance we got to see gave us a good glimpse of their bonding. ⭐️

The Mathur girls, Rachita, Amaya and Jazz were amazing siblings.⭐️ All three supported each other. When Rachita was responsible sister, Amaya was the caring sister, and Jazz was the smartest of the trio.😛 They cared for each other, fought with each other but always together. No matter misunderstandings cropped between them, they remain to trust each other in times of difficulties. 👏

Mantu and Uma both were childhood friends who went through the biggest sorrow of their life when parents of both were killed in an accident. Mantu was left with his younger brother Chiklu. For Uma, both Mantu and Chiklu were like her family, but she also secretly loved Mantu. Whereas for Mantu she was just her friend, her responsibility. Mantu and Uma shared a deep relation that grew together. All the three had some unique traits that are not meant to be forgotten. Uma's style of having some heroine's clothes to her taunt of "Waah Beta", Mantu's habit of saying "Kar di na wahi wali baat" or "Mahadev" and Chiklu's habit of forgetting the words and saying "woh ...woh hai na". 😆

Mr. Gupta and Rama had a hilarious father son relation. On one side, where Rama wanted to have a government job on his own, his father Mr. Gupta always taunted him and demotivated him. He wanted his son to take care of his business. He always taunted Rama for his OCD habit. We have come across some very hilarious one liners.
"Hum tumhaare baap hai...dimaag mein kya khichdi pak rahi hai...sab samajhtha hai" 🤪
"Dukaan pe baithne bolo toh chehre pe maatam chaa jaata hai" 😆
"Khaas khaas kar kya TB failayega yahan pe" 🤣
"Bechara grahak kaun hota hai tere sapne mein khalal daalne wala" 🤣
"Chehra dasseri aam ki tarah latka ke baitha hai" 😆

Amaya and Mantu started their relationship very typically, no need to guess, of course from a fight! They were a kind of couple which shared their past and present with each other very clearly.

It all started when both were stuck in a situation where both had to spend time with each other when they were saving a child from goons. Amaya started sharing her painful past and why is she like this in Banaras. Mantu understood her from here on more genuinely. Mantu too, shared his unforgettable past with her and how his parents died.

They gradually became friends. Mantu and Amaya started liking and secretly loving each other. Viewers still cherish the new version of their own, Dheere Dheere Se Meri Zindagi Mein Aana and will always do.

Things became tough when Mantu's childhood friend, Uma started her cheap games with ManYa. She influenced (manipulated) Mantu totally. Uma also made Amaya keep mum(silence) about her love towards Mantu. Uma as well as situations manipulated both of them.

Overnight change of script changed the fate of ManYa as well as RaRa. Mantu disappeared from the story while Amaya had to marry Ramashrey.

Concluding about them, they shared very real kind of bond with each other, which made viewers trust on them. They weren't that shy about their feelings but the gradually falling in love with each other was justifiably shown to us.

Their care for each other made the viewers admire them. Viewers will always cherish ManYa in their thoughts.

Ramashrey(Rama) and Abhimanyu(Mantu) were best friends to each other. Rama was very fond of Mantu because of his charmingly friendly personality. Mantu too respected Rama for his admirably shy personality. Both of them shared each other's sorrows, pain and happiness with each other and were there when any of them needed the other one. Mantu helped Rama in developing his feelings for Rachita, while Rama was always there when Mantu needed him.

Ramashrey and Rachita were OCD couple, to be honest! This is because they both were actually suffering from OCD & hence understood each other's problem that actually resulted in their friendship. Ramashrey was always scolded for his OCD from his father, Mr. Gupta, but he found a very genuinely understanding friend in Rachita. Later, Ramashrey gradually started liking Rachita Mathur & became her student when she started teaching in an organization.

Rachita too, started liking him as person, but destiny has its own decision where cunning Rudra along with cruel Dev, created a rift between the two, which led Rachita in a situation that she started disliking Ramashrey.

Later on, again when the situation wasn't that comfortable, Rachita was forced to marry Ramashrey without her wish. She agreed for her mother's happiness as well as for saving the respect of Chaubey ji. However, with the overnight change in script, Rachita is still unmarried, while Ramashrey is now married to Rachita's sister, Amaya in a very dramatic unusual condition, on the wedding night of Rachita and Ramashrey.

Concluding about Ramashrey & Rachita, it was only Ramashrey's one-sided Love for Rachita. Rachita was still recovering from her past as her engagement with Rohan broke all of a sudden. She never really started loving Ramashrey, instead considered him as her gentle friend.

They were both actually very shy to begin their new relationship. It was a treat for viewers to watch their chemistry, when they shared OCD situations as well as situations in which there was humour, romance, and laughter.

Their shyness is something to drool over as both looked completely genuine when they shared their feelings with each other. There was clarity in their thoughts, which led them understand each other so well that they started trusting each other. Viewers will always cherish the memories of RaRa in their thoughts.

Rudra's hatred for Mathur family has culminated the feeling of taking revenge for stealing his father from him. He was deprived for his father's love and he blamed the Mathurs for that. Rudra was not leaving any chance to ruin the Mathur family. He made several hurdles for them at their every adjusting step. And his hands were soon joined by his mother Kaushalya. Both mother son duo tried to make their every evil plan successful as much as they can. Lately, their evil plans were mixed with a touch of comedy. 😆😉

The relation that started with a web of lies, misunderstandings and betrayal slowly changed. Rama and Amaya who hated each other because of the circumstances they were married. Soon they started solving their misunderstandings, and moved towards friendship. After knowing Amaya's past, Rama was willing to divorce her. But the situations made both of them realised that they have fallen in love with each other. Hence, Rama and Amaya finally decide to continue with their marriage. They can be named as the couple who were the result of overnight change in script. Both of them had to go through emotional turmoils which finally made them love each other. Story ended with the remarriage of Ramashrey & Amaya, but this time, happily.

Tere Sehar Mein will be missed for its simplicity, initial realistic story plot & the ensemble cast & crew.😃🤗

Great farewell thread guys...👏 Very, very, good work...👍🏼

TSM started really well and it was amazing for the first 2 months...😳 But then it lost the plot somewhere in the midst of extreme negativity, foolishness exhibited by the matriarch of the Mathur household and eventually the overdose of Uma and sanskars...leading to sustained low TRPs...😔 and then the producers and SP misjudged the reason behind low viewership and took a suicidal step which led to the male lead quitting the show and the show becoming something entirely different from what it had promised its viewers...🥱

Anyway the first 2 months of TSM would always be "The real TSM" for me and the rest can go to hell...😆

I will always remember Amaya as the brat she was...I hate the goody two shoes Amaya to the core...😆

Mantu for me is a street smart, self made guy who is always there for everybody, and doesn't care an eff about what the world thinks of his lifestyle or love life...😳

Rachita would always be the responsible, understanding and a little OCD elder sister...who shares a cute friendship with the even more OCD, but very, very shy Rama...😳

Jazz is the smarty pants younger sister who is always there to knock some senses to his family whenever the need be...😆

Sneha is the woman who has always led a sheltered and easy life and hence is a little shaken at the sudden twist in her life, yet she loves and trusts her daughters more than any thing else in the world and would always be there for them...

Hari is the villain who took advantage of the blind trust Rishi had on him and plotted the whole scam along with Sinha (the lawyer and some business rival of Rishi)...While his family too thinks ill of the Mathurs, they still don't have any clue of this villainous side of Hari

Last, but not the least... Chiklu...he is the most adorable younger brother one can have...😳

The only show forum where i felt there was no fights (fan-wars) until the track was changed but TSM version 1 will be missed and well the rest will go down in History.. As they say.

To all the cast and crew involved I wish them luck for the future.

Will miss being on this forum but life changes and you just have to move on so Goodbye TSM and it was nice watching you.

This show has given me my BAEs, my new lifetime crush, another man to the list of hot guys and an amazing journey throughout..I dont give a shit about what happened..As I believe, Jo hogaya, So hogaya!

What to say about this kamina show! 😆 (Farzi, Devs, Maths! Help!) 😆

Matlab theek thaak tha..Sone munde aur kudiya thi..Sab changa tha...Phir manhoos chachi ghus gayi..And you all know, when a chachi enters, mirch masala, dishum dishum come along! In our case it was our beloved Sonali Jaffer.. I don't really need to talk about how the show was (I may write a little afterwards 😆), because all my pyaari behens have done the deed...😛 I'm just a very big kaamchor 😎

Anyways, back to the story...Well basically, when my RaRa were magically getting married, with some kuchi kuchi between my ManYa, these 3 ladies decided to kick all 4 on the butt and send them to 4 different directions..Since there were 3 ladies, 1 sent Rama and Amaya together and threw Mantu into heaven and Rachita into her own world! Tada! RamAya were a couple...And all sundar behno, don't kill me for liking their chemistry for an episode or two..I swear I wanted to kill myslef that time..

The lady kicked Mantu hard so he fell into some garden where some other evil faced creature kicked him to heaven..mantu ka chapter over hogaya..Meine bhi show ko goli maar diya..

RamAya started their munchkin type scenes and till the last week some guy popped up ( a compete chomu) for Rachita..Im like oh puhleez! My Rachu deserves Tom Cruise, not Rajpal Yadav! 😆😎 Alas, nothing happened and Rachu was not creepily hooked..Phewff!😆😲😃

This show was a pataka who I was enticed by, whose age turned out to be of my mom's thus our relationship got over...It was tragic but then I had my forum besties to cope up with it..Kudos to all my forumwaasis dosts! <3

Wow!!Great thread👏 I will always remember TSM1 it was amazing and a breath of fresh air but unfortunately turned out to be a nightmare for all TSMians 😭 I hope we will see dhruhi as a on-screen couple Asap😵

I don't have a lot to say about this show anymore and that truly breaks my heart. Sigh...

But the TSM forum has given me two amazing friends and I'm thankful for that #SAL.
