I don't know the episode nos but I will suggest you the scenes.

the most famous RaYa first fight. then ram proposing Priya on phone. their wedding. karwachauth wala hug scene I mean HM cancel hone ki khushi me jo hug that. entire 5-10th Oct 2011. Priya gets drunk and ram teasing.
RaYa HM. 5th march ,12th march.
pihu ki entry 10july2012.
RaYa Milan 12 sept 2012.
2nd karwachauth I think 16 Oct 2012.
then 2nd C. 30jan 2013. 2nd valentine day. 18 Feb 2013. Jaipur track Feb end 2013 RaYa office romance march 2013 and again in Feb 2014. priya ka coma se wake up hona. i think 22 oct 2013. the last four episodes..July 7_10th 2014..

Morning after Holi when he comes close to Priya (March 19th 2012, I think)
When his biggest company is in Priya's name (Somewhere in April before the 4th, 2012)
Priya gifting him statue of his father (March 27th, 2012)
Ram holding Priya's hand underneath the dining table (March 21st I think, 2012)
Priya changing Ram's tie and wiping off his swear (March 2012)
Ram and Priya talking about having kids (April 9th, before Nutz screams out bhai, 2012)

All RaYa scene were good but RaYa holi hug I love most and one more when RaYa hug first time and when Ram intentionally made Priya drunk and their sacchi mucchi wala scene was good. You can make VM on it.
