Where are the book reviews?

This is intended to be a writer's forum. I would have expected that apart from people contributing stories and poems, people would also be writing reviews of books that are currently topical or books that particularly appealed to the reader. There is a connection between being a good writer and reading widely. Through reading good authors one learns the subtleties of vocabulary, grammar and writing good dialogues.
