Ishita-Ashok-ACP precap, was it intentional?

Ashok-Ishita-ACP precap was one of the disgusting scene of YHM ever. No matter what Ishita shouldn't have allowed Ashok to kiss her hair. Having said that, unfortunately we need to move on ( I agree it's very hard) but was this scene intentional? I don't even want to think Ishita let Ashok do such cheap thing when no one was watching them (at least Ashok-Ishita thought so)!
So was it intentional? The way ACP was shocked it's clear that he is not a part of Ishita-Shagun's plan. Was it Ishita's plan to make her look bad in ACP eyes? Is she up to something? If it is not, that ugly scene would become even uglier...🤢

If it's apshagun shagun and ishita plan why would ishita do things finger will point to her directly
