I think this is not Ishita but her look-alike. May be they will show it was plan of manoj, sfa and sarika. Sfa was never pregnant and she faked death. May be after sfa faked death Ishita went into a depression for some time and sarika with the help of shagun drugged her several times which worsen the matter at times and then she behaved abnormally when under drug effect and otherwise normal. Coz Before we could see both ishita and shagun. But now we see only evil ishita, it may be because ishita is drugged and kidnapped but sfa and sarika in between and her look-alike is brought who is doing all the evil things along with shagun. And this evil person is involving ashok also because sfa hates ashok and she wants to murder raman and put the blame on Ashok.
