I still don't fully understand Kishwers logic that why she won't talk to Mandana.

She stated that if Rishabh made her a dog then she doesn't become one mentally. Great I agree with that sentiment. But she goes on to say that Mandana after the task said not to take it personally as it was a task and if Kishwer thinks that it was personal then Kishwer is stupid.

So why isn't Kishwer applying her same logic to Mandana, that if Mandana said she was stupid, that doesn't make Kishwer stupid mentally. She doesn't have to internalise that statement, the same way she didn't internalise the dog task. Especially when there is a huge difference between in the physical nature of being a dog for three hours and someone calling you stupid for not understanding their point.

My guess is that Kishwer also has a personal quip against Mandana. Maybe she expected more from her in that she wouldn't play the task so diligently and would provide leeway. Or maybe she doesn't feel as though driving her anger at Rishabh is having the effect she needed to demoralise and mentally beat him down. But Kishwer is playing a game and Mandana is unfortunately her wrong target. She should have tackled Rishabh and not become so chummy so soon.

Kishwer and her three friends have found Mandana a weak link. One without continued strong support and a hard time explaining her position.

When Mandana says that this is a game and we shouldn't think of each other as family. I think what she means is that actions and decisions in this game will be dependant on the situation and people will act accordingly. This is a game first and foremost. She's not wrong with that. But she hasn't factored in the emotions that will come as a result of those hard decisions and how groupism will always win out with fake support and pats on the back.

Meaning she wants to make decisions that ultimately benefit her...LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. But she also wants those decisions to not affect her personal equations with other teammates. She's still naive in that respect that people will absolutely use her bold statements and saying no if she doesn't want to do something against her. They will also call her fake when she is emotionally hurt by her decisions which everyone else is doing but just not boldly as Mandana
