Nathu ji...you have graduated to levels of tasks, kinds of tasks and dissecting tasks. Whereas we are still at the kindergarten level and discussing someone JUST getting up to do a task, irrespective of how easy or difficult it was.😊@"BB rejoicing": LOL. I don't think the team is rejoicing. For them, she is a contestant with the fattest pay cheque who just sits around -- a miscast this season. They are just trying to get some needed positive coverage in her favor but their attempt looks silly.@"risked a makeup-less experience": I do see your point. But your point again raises questions about Rimi and why did she come here. No one in their right mind wears make-up 24X7, it is simply too bad for the skin (unless she sits at home with make-up too). Most of the women on this show are actresses and models and they have all gone without makeup...that is the reality part.Beaten to death point -> So what is a seemingly sensible woman doing on a show where (1.) She has seen the past seasons and knew exactly what happens here. (2.) She doesn't want to attempt most things (3.) Still chose to walk in here and then bawls and throws up her hands (4.) and if she is so utterly conscious of her image/looks that she refuses to reveal her natural look..why is she on a show with 80+ cameras and round-the-clock coverage?And that for me is observing her as a contestant. Her story does not add up...either she is plain stupid or over-smart.Of course, no one watches BB for just the tasks. But participation/actions, decisions and strategies during tasks bring out the personalities\thoughts of the contestants. That is what the show revolves around. No one is there to sit and cook and clean the house.Edited for typos.
Kwerky Ji... chaliye apke kindergarten level ki hi baat kar lete hai... aap ko BB ki selective editing ke barey me to experience hai hi... pichle season me humne bahut crib kiya tha is baat ko lekar... isliye jahan tak tasks ki baat aati hai to koi adrashya bhoot Rimi ko apne kandhe pe utha kar nahi chal raha tha (jab Rochelle chakki pees rahi thi)... iske alava bhi Rimi ne jo task kiye manicure, Ali ki Maalish, Dance etc... wo sab bhi BB ne edit kar diya... baki koi ladki apne haath par BB ka bada sa tattoo banane ya bald hone se to rahi... isliye apka "someone JUST getting up to do a task" wala point stand nahi karta...IMO
@ BB rejoicing: well, BB paid her a fat paycheck because she's the only well (and possibly the most) known film actor that they could enroll in BB. you're saying that she just sits around is wrong... yes she doesn't engage in fake fights and chillam-chilli... but speaks her minds wherever it needs be... she also does the house chores without any complaints or tantrums... if this is what u call "just sitting around" ... then well! 😕
@makeup-less experience - Rimi came here for an exposure after a break in her career... but I can bet she didn't come here for exposure in a swimming pool, going bald, coloring her hair in wild shades of red & yellow or making a complete fool of herself on national television. You are right no ones wears makeup 24 * 7 but in BB barring a few contestants like Digi... most other contestants (especially actresses are known to be extremely careful abt revealing their makeup less look ... furthermore, what they call makeup-less look would still suffice for the normal daily makeup of a regular girl)
@ beaten to death point - (1)how do u know she's seen the past seasons... do u think everyone has the patience to go through each and every season... she clearly mentioned that she had misconceptions abt the show... that she thought - thoda reality aur thoda scripted hota hai... hell, even I thought (and still think) the same... How can we blame her for thinking that? As soon as she realized her mistake she clearly expressed her desire to quit and now even the channel is editing her scenes from the show in preparation of showing her the doors (she has made it amply clear that she will not engage in fake fights and drama in the name of entertainment whether or not they keep her in the show)
(2) She does attempt things that she thinks are appropriate and refuses those which she doesn't find appropriate... nobody is forcing her to do things on the show... right? her choice to attempt tasks or refuse...isn't that what we say in response to being forced to do humiliating tasks???
(3) mistakes happen... everyone has repented making atleast one mis-informed decision...haven't you made any?
(4) One can be conscious of her looks and still face 80+ cameras... haven't u seen how diligently she does makeup even while BB is explaining abt tasks??? 😉
Finally... tasks need not be offensive... whenever they are not she participates actively and entertainingly... like when praising Keith and Prince 😛 and it did bring out the truthful but witty side of her personality... it showed that she can easily speak abt harsh truths without offending the other person ( a rare trait among people)
