Episode starts with Nimboli sitting with Jagya and Anandi in front of judge in judge's cabin .Mangala is sitting behind them.while Prosecutor and Defense lawyer standing beside judge.Anandi takes Nimboli's hands in her hand to encourage her who is nervous Nimboli turns and look at Mangala Mangala through gesture encourage her . Prosecutor says to Nimboli don't be nervous . we will ask you some questions about Akhiraj and you have to tell all truthfully. then you can go to home. Nimboli is scared and she looks at Mangala who nods her do what the lawyer is saying . Nimboli then says to lawyer ok Prosecutor lawyer says to Nimboli but before answering questions you will have to identify Akhiraj .Nimboli is confused and asks why ?don't you know him?Prosecutor lawyer smiles and says no i know him but its law that before given testimony you have to identify. the accused Nimboli looks at Mangala .Mangala nods her do as what lawyer is saying .Nimboli says ok. Judge seeing this asks Akhiraj you are not allowed to talk to witness . you just stand here quietly. Nimboli is crying hugging Mangala Prosecutor asks Nimboli look here

Mangala says i"ll go with you too but prosecutor says to Mangala next witness is you and you can be called anytime so you should stay in court room Mangala stops hearing this Jagya says to Anandi you take Nimboli with you i will go with Mangala ji .Anandi nods ok Nimboli looks at Mangala Anandi says to Nimboli lets go Nimboli nods ok Anandi takes Nimboli with her who keep looking back at Mangala and Mangala at her but then Mangala goes with Jagya in the court room
Mangala takes oath on geeta of speaking truth and nothing else.Mangala says to Judge sir. my husband was Akhiraj's elder brother. the day i got married to him Akhiraj was eyeing me lustfully Then Mangala starts telling everything in mute how Akhiraj wrong moves towards her through flashbacks Akhiraj and Harki are angry at Mangala Jagya Kamli and Urmi are at angry at Akhiraj
Mangala points at Akhiraj and . she tells in flashback Akhiraj giving money to killer.The killer saying to Akhiraj only this much money i killed your elder brother on your saying ... Mangala hearing all this
Prosecutor asks Mangala if you knew that Akhiraj asked to murder your husband then why didn't you go to police at that time itself Mangaa says i got scared sir. i was really very.scared.Akhiraj is such a devil who doesn't even wash his hands after killing a human being.No one can think that a woman like me who is a widow and with no support could stand up to Akhiraj like powerful man.but sir no day went for me without my praying to devima that the day of justice come and he gets punishment of his evil deeds Prosecutor asks Mangala if you have any proof which can prove that Akhiraj had asked for murder of your husband. Mangala says yes i' have a proof.my husband's gold bracelets. sir , all told me that my husband is killed for those gold bracelets which thieves wanted but i myself saw with my own eyes when Akhiraj was giving money to kisna after murdering him , he took those bracelets from him.and i got those gold bracelets from Akhiraj's room when i got the chance. so that they become helpful to give punishment to Akhiraj. for his crime .Mangala says even police had written about those gold bracelets in the report. Akhiraj says to judge its all false sir.she is lying . my respected brother was killed by thieves only for those gold bracelets.and after killing they ran away taking them. i am telling truth. .i never saw those bracelets after my brother's death. judge asks Akhiraj to keep calm you will also get the chance to speak. Judge then asks Mangala can you provide those bracelets in the court. Mangala says yes. Mangala says to Kamli Kamli give bracelets .Kamli looks down sadly Harki smirks
.Kamli stands and says teesa i didn't find those bracelets. Mangala and Jagya are shocked hearing this Harki smirks evilly . Mangala is shocked Harki smirks . Mangala says how it can be possible. i myself kept them . i know. Judge asks Prosecutor if you want to ask anything else. Prosecutor says no more questions. judge asks for defense. Defense says after this i don't think its necessary to ask any question.its not even required. Judge asks Mangala you can go now.Mangala looks at Akhiraj in anger who smirks .judge says any more witness. Prosecutor says no sir. judge says most of the witnesses and cross examination is completed in this case but still Gopal's parents testimony is not done which is very. important for this case and court., court orders the police to search for Gopal's' parents and bring them in next hearing in the court. Akhiraj looks at Harki who smiles assuring him through gesture they will not come judge says and court also orders the prosecution that they talk to jhalra people and ask them to tell things related to this case.. Jagya nods in ok. judge says next hearing is after 2 days. Court is adjourned Harki and Akhiraj smirk evilly
