CHAPTER : 9
flashback:
after 2 days all set to go to aravali mountains and Manik,cabir,dhruv are ready with their plan
day of trip:
manik : cabir all set
cabir : yeah!
manik:dhruv u brought all what we want na
dhruv: all done
meanwhile teacher called them that they are ready to go
all settled in the bus and manbir n dhruv having fun cracking jokes,teasing each other
and all other also having fun with their friends
they all reached airport and settled in their first class AC compartments.
Finally the desired destination is reached.
It's almost dawn. Everyone reaching their tents which are already set and allocated as per students.
teacher : okay students its already evening so take rest. Trip begins from tomorrow.
students : okay mam!!
Manbir : yeah, everything starts from tomorrow ( saying this they both give hi-fi)
all retired to their alloted tents and crushed into beds as they were hell tired.
around 5in the morning teacher woke up all students for the breakfast.
manik:cabir its time with evil smile on his face
cabir : i am excited
dhruv : but its risky if we caught by any teacher?
manbir : SHUT UP! dhruv
cabir : dont spoil the plan it will be fun and that bloody harshad deserves that as we all know, he is scared of ghostly things. Let's show him what manik is.
manik : buddy tu tension mat le sab theek hoga. Let's wait till its dusk.
They stared caving, slowly getting up the mountain, though tiring to climb, it's most exciting too.
They halted at regular intervals for food and daily needs. Long interval is when sun fall at his low horizon and everything turned dull and dim.
Around 8 pm the clock is ticking, every one in tents, warming themselves in sweater and few laughs, smiles, games going around campfire.
manbir went to mam and asked " mam, can we just go around and take some pictures. we will be back soon"
teacher : (after a while ) yes u can go.But dont go so far, as it is already dark be safe and come soon within 20minutes. I will be checking your tents again. (She said it in bold tone )
manbir : okay mam
and three left and started looking around to find a location to excute their plan
finally they found a place far from their tents, there is small collapsed cave, very old like haunted house.
cabir : ohoo!! perfect place
according to plan they set some sound system for horror sounds,hanged some skeleton bodies, white cloths just in like a scary house.
after all set, they asked a girl to call harshad.
He was told that " your best friend Siddharth is calling you, he got little injured. He needs your help"
Harshad starts in hurry to find his friend.
present:
manik :sab acha chal raha tha, tum agai beech mein , sab kuch flop hogaya.
nandini : haww!! how mean.. mujhe kaise pata hoga tum log yeh sab karne wale the waha.
manik : acha. Rehne do,. yeh bata tum waha kar kya rahi thi
nandini : arey wo, navya and I were playing. so to hide from her I started running,reached backside of cave.
manik : chalo theek hai. Kuch tho acha huwa hai na.
nandini : wo kya ?? Mai ro rahi thi, wo acha tha ?
manik : na re ,humari friendship buddhu
nandini : haan wo tho hain
manik : you remember how we use to be carefree,happy all those days, everyday parties, nightouts, group fights, movies, hangouts, exam cheating all went on good till (suddenly he stops )
Manan falls silent.
Not a single word could be heard from them. Just turning around in opposite directions, with few thoughts in their mind, fall to sleep.
Birds chirping, sun rays waking you up with little heat.
As soon as Nandini eyes open, they were in search of manik.
But gets disappointed as they could not locate him.
With desperation Nandini eyes start searching but still couldnt find out.
Suddenly, realizing something, she finds manik and shouts
nandini : MANIK WATCH OUT!!
What all happened and happening reveals in next chapter.
