😊 It is good that stars like their privacy. But when we hear media stories about Ranbir-Kat, Ranveer-Deepika, etc. it makes us curious about their relationships. Why don't they admit the relationships? It could save them a lot of time, as well as the curiosity of media and the fans. Of course, it is none of our business. Please share your thoughts. Why don't Bollywood stars admit their relationships?! ⭐️

Because when they breakup, every little thing gets slapped in their faces. The woman gets called used property, leftovers, user, sl-t, and pretty much every degrading thing you can imagine.
Besides, the industry and India are both sexist. An actress confirming her status in comitted relationship is like commiting hari-kari. Because the next step after that is marriage. And once an actress marries, she's not seen worthy maal by a lot of tharki buddhas. Sad but that is really the basic reason.

What world are we living in? Actresses should be treaty equally like actors.
Anyway, it is sad.

You know that's one thing that doesn't seem to be an issue for most stars in the west although I'm sure there are ageist and sexist people in every part of the world.

In the west an actress gets married and magazines fight over the pictures and people want to see the dress and wedding pics. No one writes articles that her career is over. An actress has a baby and her stock actually rises because she becomes more relate-able to all the moms out there. Cate Blanchett is married to someone outside of the industry, gave birth to three sons and they have an daughter they adopted and yet her career is on fire.

Giselle is married and give birth to two kids and was still doing ramp walks until recently when she retired by her own choice. She still has major modeling contracts. Many of the Victoria's Secret Supermodels are moms but they are still seen as sexy Goddesses.

Jennifer Lawernce is playing female characters that her 10 years older than own age but no on calls her a buddhi or an aunty in real life.

Angelina Jolie is married, has six kids with her husband, and she had major surgeries that altered her body for health reasons, and yet she is still seen as one of the powerful and bankable female movie stars in Hollywood.

I can't say this for all - but at least for some they don't want relationships to be talked about more than their work- Like Anushka,PC.

Anushka used to first point blank refuse to talk about Virat during the promotion of her films! I respect that greatly!! She sounded rude but well It was right. She didn't want to known as the cricketer Virat's gf. Not cause she is not loyal to him but because she has own identity.

Constantly talking about your relationships at your work place is obviously going to hamper the individual identity you have!!

PC is the only actress you have, where she is known solely for her work, her acting potential than her relationships. She doesn't talk about it, so the media can't spun stories on how her bf doesn't like these scenes or is crying or whatever. And the only focus is her acting talent!!

Yeah sometimes it is a drawback cause then you can't use it for PR. I think you just need to create a balance- talk about it but not just keep talking about it ALL the time!!

Lot of reasons I guess. Everything people mentioned.

The one thing I really dislike though, is when people continue to use their relationship for PR purposes whilst not admitting to it.
It's fine to keep your relationship low profile but then to use it whenever convenient is just wrong.

Stars want to cash in for promotion of their movies and career.
And after all, it evokes curiosity. 😉
