Episode starts from where last one ended. Akhiraj doing drama in front of judge shedding crocodile tears and lying Vidhayak ji was already against me .so he put that blame also on me. This is the truth .Jagya is disgusted with Akhiraj . Akhiraj's lawyer and Harki smirk Akhiraj is shedding crocodile tears and then he looks at Jagya and smirks evilly Jagya is looking angrily at Akhiraj Anandi sees Akhiraj smirking at Jagya and gets shocked , tensed

Judge ask for next witness Next in witness box is Harki. Harki says i myself took little Nimboli from the garbage bin.then how can one blame my husband for snatching her from someone's lap?and that too that mother who threw her own daughter at her birth? .whatever my husband has told to this court is true. i can do mistake but my husband is such a person who even thinks about insects before putting his feet down. how can such person harm anyone ., he has given new life to Nimboli , .don't accuse my husband falsely Harki is shedding crocodile tears . Prosecutor objects objection my lord this woman is trying to mislead the court through her emotional drama Harki gets shocked Prosecutor says she is lying. Defense lawyer objects prosecutor's words and says objection your honour. this is contempt of court. Public prosecutor is blaming you that you will give verdict on the basis of emotions. but he is forgetting that court is there to decide what is truth and what is lie .prosecution is trying to prove my client criminal by bringing false witnesses , while .real culprit is Anandi ..Anandi is shocked Defense lawyer continues who threw her innocent girl in the garbage and to stop this crime from coming in front of the world she is blaming my client falsely Defense lawyer says truth is this your honor Akhiraj' Singh's popularity was becoming a threat to MLA Dr Jagdish Singh's power and position so Jagdish singh ji started plotting a conspiracy against him. Akhiraj looks at Jagya and smirks evilly Jagya is disgusted with these lies Akhiraj and Harki look at each other and smile Defense lawyer says my client's bad luck because of his goodness Anandi's daughter was living a good life at his home and this conspiracy is made stronger by painting. this truth as something else and is being used against my client by Jagdish Singh All these people against my client are connected with each other through their selfishness and personal interests Judge asks the defense lawyer do you have you any proof for all that you said now in support of your client ? Defense lawyer says unfortunately sir i' have no proof but fortunately prosecution also doesn't have any proof to prove my client guilty . Judge calls next witness.

prosecution lawyer says my next witness is Akhiraj's daughter kamli. Akhiraj and Harki are shocked Kamli stands in witness box and takes oath Akhiraj looks at Kamli with shock Kamli looks at him angrily. Prosecutor asks her to tell court all about Akhiraj . Kamli tells Akhhiraj's all atrocities on her and Nimboli It is shown through flashbacks .Kamli also tells about Gopal's murder . Akhiraj and Harki are shocked and angry at Kamli The defense lawyer cross question Kamli Kamli answers ( This all is shown in mute )

then Urmi is called in witness box. . Urmi tells court about her marriage with Kundan , Kundan beating her in their first night after marriage and then consummation How brutal he was with her This all is shown in mute through flashback Akhiraj and Harki are shocked Mangala Kamli Anandi Jagya feel bad for Urmi Jagya looks at Akhiraj with anger and disgust Defense lawyer cross question Urmi Urmi answers but this all shown in mute Urmi goes to sit , She is emotional Mangala and Kamli console her

Judge asks for other witnesses Anandi gets up and asks the permission she wants to say something Judge grants her permission Anandi comes in witness box and gives her lecture to judge there is another side of this case too which cannot be ignored With Akhiraj's crimes some innocent children's lives are too attached In court room along with taking oath on geeta to speak only truth shouldn't this also be checked all victims of the crime should get justice Today we have freed Urmi from an unwanted relation since her marriage was child marriage and illegal but with this can her life get back to same how it was before her marriage Will she get her childhood back ? Can law do something for her future ? Sending these girls back to their parents home or sending them into shelter homes is not solution of their problems When Urmi s own future is not secure then how she will give good future to her child ? Whatever happened Urmi is not at fault for this ,still she is getting life long punishment ?You tell me judge sahab is this justice with this girl ?How she will live in this society with the wounds of her past , infact this society will not let her live peacefully , wont let her be the part of it Why cannot we try to eliminate this issue from his roots ?i accept even law is against child marriage There are so many rules made but why law is not following these rules strictly? Only you can do something judge sahab Only you You have the future of our next generations in your hands . we have let our so many generations become prey of this social evil now no more I can take responsibility of urmi to take care of her and make her stand on her feet She will stay with me in shiv niketan My that school which I have made for the child marriage victim girls The need is not of this we made more schools like it but need is we make such world for our children where we won't need such schools , such world where child marriage is not just lessened but eliminated from this roots and for this first step should be to give strict punishment to people like Akhiraj who snatch the childhood from their children , who tie them in kachi umer k pake rishte ( strong relations at tender age ) Akhiraj is shocked Judge says to Anandi so far sitting on this chair I have heard all questions with brain but today for the first time a question has reached not only my brain but heart too You have raised some very valid points I assure you I will personally try to take them to higher authorities so that action will be taken on them and amendments are done in the law . Jagya and Anandi are happy hearing this . Akhiraj and Harki are shocked and angry The common people in the court room clap Jagya smiles seeing this Akhiraj and Harki are shocked Anandi thanks the judge Anandi goes to sit The common people stand in the court room stand in ovation for Anandi Jagya is happy seeing this Mangala too stands up Anandi is surprised seeing Mangala standing up . Harki and Akhiraj are angry Urmi thanks Anandi folding her hands in front of her Anandi sits with Jagya

Judge ask prosecution to bring other witness. Prosecutor says i want 2 more witnesses here . one is kundan akhiraj singh and 2nd is his illegal but 1st wife nimboli.. Akhiraj thinks Nimboli's statement might become danger for me. she knows so much., her statement will either give me capital punishment or life sentence. Defense lawyer says i don't think Kundan or Nimboli has any connection with this case.so there is no point in calling them. Prosecutor says to judge there is point my lord. both are victims of child marriage.and Kamli has told that Akhiraj has done marriage of Kundan to ward off the evilness off Kundan's life.then how come he or his statement are not connected to this case . Judge says court gives permission to bring the witnesses .but before that taking in consideration Nimboli's age a court representative after meeting her will make sure of her mental condition that if she can give statement or not. now court proceedings are adjourned for today. Next proceedings will start after 2 days. The court is adjourned Cops tries to take Akhiraj Harki goes to Akhiraj and says now what should we do?Akhiraj says I will tell. wait for sometime. At least i got 2 days time to think. Akhiraj glares angrily at Mangala Jagya Anandi Kamli and Urmi

Anandi,Dadisaa,Jagya and Mangala in Haveli Dadisaa is saying i was shocked when Jagdish told me all on phone.i still cannot believe that how court can believe that Akhiraj and his wife's lies as truth? Anandi says court only sees proof and whatever is proved through proofs that become truth. Mangala says Akhiraj's lawyer proved Kamli and Urmila's statement as lie in front of whole court Both girls got teary eyed Nimboli happens to hear Kamli and Urmi's name from Mangala's mouth and comes to them and asks you people went to meet Kamli jiji and Urmi jiji but you did not take me ?Mangala covers up saying I was only talking about Kamli and Urmi were also there with Geeta maasi Nimboli ask Anandi did you meet Geeta maasi ? how did you find her she is nice naa ? tell me Choki Chaudail Anandi nods yes Nimboli gets happy Anandi thinks how these lies won't make this truth a lie that I did not throw you away but you were snatched from me .

@jia thanx 4 th update.the ystrday's epi was ridiculous & hilarious. esply A's bhashan 2 judge & court.i was like 😆😆 i don't know how actors even b able 2 do such epis??din't they feel the stupidity of such epis??😕all adults's testimony ahs no value but a kid whos cud b influenced testimony cud bring Ak 2 justice??😲😲really BV CVs hav even gone below the level of ekta's shows & UT.they made mockery of judicial system & i wish sum1 accuse them 4 contempt of court.🤢🤢disgusting is the only wird 4 them & their fake victim lead who constantly lies at the drop of hat but then says i don't want 2 lie.🤢🤢
