HI guys
Justice is the most important aspect of any country. In a democratic country like India, the role of judiciary is significant. Judiciary administers justice according to law. It is required to promote justice in adjudicatory process. Credibility of judicial process ultimately depends on the manner of doing administration of justice. Judiciary can promote social justice through its judgments. At present, the government is giving special emphasis on building strong socio-economic development and enhancement of creativity and development of human personality through the process of social transformation and development. The same aspect is covered in Reporters also. In the plethora of serials and movies showing court cases and advocates and judges, this serial did not give emphasis on showing the mock trials rather, the cases dealt by team Reporters fulfilled all the legal perspectives. Not many of us are aware of the fact that along with journalism, this serial well covered the legal aspects of each case also.
Being intellectual audience, many times, we criticised the bloopers, story going off track, while, some of us, also questioned the legal validity of a certain case. Now when the serial is over, being the student of Law, I am trying to take a quick review of all the cases dealt by the Team Reporters with a finite series of posts in the coming days in which I will dealing with each case from legal perspective. I hope, in this way, I will also be able to reply to some of the questions raised by my friends here... So be prepared...
PS : You are most welcome to come up with your comments/ query/ advise in the upcoming posts... and of course this one too... So stay tuned!!!
