Hello people i lost the track of the story after few episodes and then the second season started can please you people tell me that did they revealed the reason behind dhruv and rishab attacks and how many episodes of season 2 are aired? I miss dhruman

Dhruv and rishab had radioactive elements inside their.heads... It is shown.that dhruv recovered after he.went for treatment but rishaf still got attacks when.near dhruv... Dhruv suggested a doctorandin s2 rishad is fine and is trying to speak... Till now he has only taken nandu's name and.nothing else...
They wrapped up this track in a hurry to end s1 and was nothing there to watch...
S2 till now had aroung 30-32 episodes...
