after fatima's death jo gets totally scared abt the happenings in the mahal,while jalal also keeps himself busy to forget abt fatima,jo sees him either in the morning if she wakes up early or she wont see him the whole day.jo starts feeling that jalal is ignoring is her ,she gets scared abt his safety ,keeps thinking abt her bhaisa's words,fatima's death all these things increase her stress level.as usual early morning she starts offering prayer to her kanha and comes out when she finds rukaiya talking to hoshiyar.ruks"i feel sad for jodha begum ,now a days jalal is not spending time with her,i knew he gets bored very soon.hoshiyar"i thought shehenshah loves her but he just lusted her like others.ruks"hope everything becomes fine soon,jodha begum is very kind.jodha hears everything and runs into her chambers crying.ruks smirks.hoshiyar"begum sahiba what will u get by doing this.rujs"jodha's sympathy and we also planted a doubt in jodha's mind against jalal and laughs.here jodha cries remembering her words .suddenly she feels pain in her abdomen and also finds bleeding .she shouts for moti,moti gets shocked looking at jodha who is bleeding.jodha cries"moti my babies ,do something .reva runs to DWK and soldiers doesnt allow her inside as jalal is busy but she pushes them and runs inside.jalal looks at her crying and asks soldiers to leave her.jalal"what happened reva.reva"shehenshah jodha begum is not well. before even she completes her sentence jalal rushes to harem and goes inside his room and finds jodha lieing on bed with her lehenga drenched in blood ,she is holding her stomach in extreme pain.jalal rushes to her.jodha seeing him ,hugs him tight"jalal do something,my babies jalal pls do something.jalal shouts"where is hakima.moti"she checked jodha begum and went to bring medicines.all the while jo just pleads jalal to save their babies.jalal gets worried looking blood all over her lehenga.jalal"nothing will happen jaan calm down iam there with u and kisses her forehead.hakima rushes in and asks jalal to leave the room but jo holds him tight not leaving his hand"jalal...dont..go iam scared.that's it jalal sits beside her ignoring everyone as his jodha never says she is scared but first time he heard her saying that she is scared ,he holds her hand tight and orders hakima to do her treatment.hakima starts giving her medicines ,slowly her bleeding stops and jo drifts into sleep.jalal gets worried seeing her unconsious.jalal"hakima why is jodha begum unconsious.hakima"shehenshah nothing to worry babies and jodha begum r fine. hakima tells hamida to take shehenshah out for some time so that they can change jodha begum's clothes.hamida forcebully takes jalal out.after half an hour hakima comes out.jalal "how is jodha begum,she is fine right,why was she bleeding,she was even having pain in her abdomen.hamida"jalal let hakima answer.everyone around gets surprised as jalal not even once asked abt his babies all the while he was just asking abt jodha's health.hakima"shehenshah i want to speak in alone with u and marium makani.both hamida and jalal go inside.hakima"shehenshah jodha begum got menatally disturbed,something is bothering her due to which her stress levels increased,her condition was serious now bit fine,now she is in her 8 month of pregnancy and bleeding in this time is very dangerous for oth mother and baby,if this happens again we have to choose either of them.jalal gets shocked.hakima continues"than giving medicines i can only suggest u to know the cause of her worry and see that she doesnt take any stress.jalal and hamida nod.hakima leaves.hamida"jalal...jalal Jalal listening his mother completely breaks down and hugs her"ammi i dont..want..to loose..jodha ...and cries bitterly.hamida too silently cries looking at her strong son breaking for the very first time.hamida caresses his hairs"jalal beta u must be strong for jodha and babies nothing will happen to her and the babies,now stop crying like a baby and go to my bahu and kisses his forehead.
jodha wakes up in the evening and finds jalal caressing her hairs,he smiles looking at her.jodha sits up in a jerk "jalal my babies..jalal hugs her immediately to calm her"jodha relax our babies r fine.jo cries hugging him.jalal separates himself from her ,wipes her tears"jodha tell me what's troubling u.jo stays silent .jalal too doesnt force her as he knows she needs rest ,he just feeds her food and medicines and makes her sleep later that night jalal not finding jodha beside him wakes up and searches for her and finds her sitting in balcony and lost in thoughts.he goes and sits beside her but she doesnt notice him.jalal calls out her name breaking her trance .jalal"what happened jodha,what r u thinking.jodha"wo..nothing iam not sleepy.jalal doesnt say anything"fine come inside its not good to stay this long hours,try to sleep,he holds her and brings her inside and makes her sleep.next day jalal comes in the afternoon to check on jodha and finds her sitting near the window thinking something and her food untouched.now jalal gets angry he goes near jodha and makes her stand up but carefully"what is going on jodha,what r u thinking.jodha"nothing.jalal shouts"enough jodha i need an answer what is troubling u.he finds tears in her eyes and lowers his voice,he takes her in his arms"jaan iam pleading u tell me what is troubling u,i cant see u like this,pls jaan.jo breaks down and cries hugging him"jalal iam scared that i will loose u,not understanding who is enemy and who is friend,always someone or the other tries to kill..u ..upon that even u ...now a days ignoring me,did u get bored ..jalal doesnt let her to complete her sentence and kisses her hard .jodha gets shocked with the sudden kiss but she too kisses him back.jalal breaks the kiss"how can u think that i get bored of u jaan,u r my jaan and getting bored of u something like getting bored of myself,never think that i will get bored of u not even when u r 80 yrs old.jodha smiles.jalal"and abt attacks it happens for every king but u dont worry jaan nothing will happen to me,iam really sorry jaan u got unwell because of me i got busy in court issues that u started thinking all rubbish,wait who told u i got bored of u.jo doesnt reveal ruks name"i just assumed.jalal"my jungli billi needs punishment for making such assumptions ,but now u r not well so i will give ur punishment once u deliver our babies.jodha smiles and hugs him tight.jalal"jaan now eat something or my babies will get angry on their abbu that he is not giving proper food to their ammi.jodha chuckles.jalal feeds her while jo feeds him.after feeding jalal takes her to angoori bagh and he helps her walk "jodha from now never think that i will be bored of u.jodha smiles"never and hugs him tight.jalal thinks"i will stay most of the time with jo so that she doesnt assume all thes stupid things and makes herself ill.
