Are you Punjabi. A little yes, but otherwise it's the true story of Punjab. People hate their shareek. 😆

Diljit movie Mukhtiar Chadha is releasing in November.

Shareek means relatives or extended family, right?
In Bengali also Shoreek means that and yes, in Bengal also, there are hundreds of cases of property disputes, legal battles, bad blood between shareeks over old houses, properties, etc.

Yes, And all the shareek live in the same village in close proximity so a lot of clashes related to property, land etc. And there's a general undercurrent of jealousy and bad blood too.
Really. Wow. Never knew about that. I was born in Kolkata but we moved out in middle school. We Indians are truly one and the same. Who could've guessed...

Indians are same everywhere...in-fighting between cousins for property share is so common, even own siblings, apney bhai behen fight abt property and land.
Greed rules over relationships.

As shown happening in this trailer in Punjabi villages, its the same in old traditional families of Kolkata. They all used to live together in one huge ancestral house at one time, nowadays these shareeks fight abt their shares in the building when property is valued or sold to promoter for crores...its always a huge mess. People try to snatch other's share, take more than they are supposed to get.
