All I will say is that the episode turned out to be a pleasant surprise.
The Sun episode turned out to be way better than the Sat one- the reverse swing seems to have commenced since last week.
SK was awesome with his chaste Hindi, very cuteš³ Chalchitra Lekhakš
Moreover, the personal angle introduced- that the victim was Trisha's cousin, made it more relatable.
The horror element was at least integral to the mystery, which I liked. And I couldn't guess the killer.
More elements, esp. the details, could've been worked on well.
The most important facet of the episode, seemed to me that they have set the stage for a conflict of Raghav and Trisha. With regard to their attitude towards vengeance for the death of a loved one.
While Trisha dealt with the news of her cousin's death emotionally, losing her composure, yet not losing her professionalism (her comment about how the case would be dealt with by the local police), and not attacking the killer when he was confessing his misdeed right in front of her, Raghav on the other hand has sworn to kill his father's murderer.
I liked how he said that addressing Trisha in his mind. He connected his loss to her own recent loss/grief, I guess. Did he subconsciously apologize for taking to a course of action that she might find unpalatable? That's my interpretationš
I also loved the flicker of concern on Rajbeer's face when Trisha was crying.
Lovely write up, Shreya. You delineated the positives and negatives well.
On the whole, I give the episode 7/10.
