Ayush-Bhumi pair up again in Aanand L Rai's next

The Tanu Weds Manu Returns director has finalised the pair for a film that he is producing. The film will be directed by Sameer Sharma, who had helmed Luv Shuv Tey Chicken Khurrana earlier. Sources say that the film set in Punjab will present Bhumi in a completely different avatar than what she appeared in her debut film. "Bhumi had to put on a lot of weight for her character in Dum Laga Ke Haisha, but here she will be seen as she is. It will be her first film in her slim avatar. As for Ayushmann, he has proved himself to be a versatile actor " from Vicky Donor to DLKH, he has done different roles. The main reason the makers cast her and Ayushmann together was they needed good actors and felt both were outstanding in their last film." The film goes on floors early next year.
