Agra palace is full of joy with the arrival of the new born baby.jalal arranges a grand feast in the name of new princess.rukaiya though unhappy with the birth of girl just pretends to be happy as she cannot show her hatred infront of jalal.jodha too gets very attached to the baby and they name her fatima.days pass by ,jodha being in her 8 month is completely instructed to stay on bed by jalal.it was one such evening when jodha comes out of her chamber with her heavy stomach.jalal sees her and comes towards her"jodha.jodha smiles looking at him.he holds her hand and carefully takes her to the garden.they both sit silently while jalal caress her stomach feeling their children,when suddenly soldiers rush to him"shehenshah prince sujamal of amer killed our soldiers in the rajputana border.both jodha and jalal gets shocked.jalal looks at jodha who is already in the verge of crying.jalal calls moti "moti take jodha begum to our room.jodha"jalal i will also come.jalal kisses her forehead"i will come soon and goes away from there.moti takes jodha to her room. after some time reva comes running to jodha.jodha"reva what happened.reva"rajkumari...vo...jodha"moti give some water to reva.after drinking water reva continues"rajkumari sharifuddin told shehenshah that sujamal bhaisa attacked mughal soldiers when they r sleeping and killed them.jodha"its impossible bhaisa never behave like a coward,what did shehenshah say.reva"shehenshah asked to search him immediately and bring him alive or dead to agra.jodha gets shocked ,she sees jalal entering the room and goes to him"jalal how could u...do ..this...my bhaisa will never do like that.jalal"jodha u need to rest and holds her arm.jodha shouts"no...first u take ur orders back ,my bhaisa will never do such a cheap and brutal act.jalal shouts"enough jodha i said we r not going to talk abt this and there ends the topic.jodha"but jalal.jalal leaves.jodha cries.
a week pass by and everything gets normal when jodha receives a letter from sujamal asking her to meet him behind the temple.jodha feels happy and she knows her bhaisa must have come for tieing rakhi as its raksha bandan the next day.jodha feels very happy but doesnt understand how to meet him as jalal tightened her security and she will be watched by everyone.jo thinks for long time and makes a plan.next day she thinks to go out when jalal goes to DWK & return back before he comes as after DWK he goes to play with fatima.jo pretends as if she is going to hamam and through the secret door goes out of the palace.here jalal gets suspicious as jodha was very happy from morning and he came to know that she bought a rakhi,so he immediately comes to his room but doesnt find her.he even goes to hamam,now fear grips him where is jodha and whether she is alright.jalal questions moti and reva but they dont say anything ,then jalal finds a letter in kanha temple and adgah saab reads it.jalal gets furious as jodha went to meet sujamal but he is scared that no one should attack her or the babies.
he immediately leaves to temple with his trusted soldiers while on the other jodha hugs sujamal and cries"bhaisa what was all that news i heard abt u.sujamal"jodha do u believe in it.jodha"no bhaisa i know my bhaisa never do like that and she ties rakhi to him "bhai sa now u leave if shehenshah finds me missing there will be a problem.sujamal"jalal looks after u well right.jodha"dont worry bhaisa he loves me a lot.sujamal"jodha listen to me carefully its shehenshah's own relatives who did this .before he could say the name jalal shouts"jodha...jodha gets freezed on the spot.jodha"bhaisa u run ,pls bhaisa ..go...sujamal bends down and kisses her stomach "take care of urself and the babies and he takes his horse and runs.jalal aims his arrow towards him while jodha holds his hands"jalal please stop,he orders maids to take jodha but she just runs back and stands infront of jalal"pls jalal .jalal gets frustrated"adgah saab go n catch him.adgah leaves.jodha tries to stop them also but jalal holds her arms "enough of drama jodha,i dont understand why do u take such hasty decisions,dont forget that u r pregnant straining urself in this stage is very dangerous upon that u came to meet a culprit.jodha shouts"he is not culprit ,he is my bhaisa.jalal gets extremely angry but calms down and holds jodha's hand and goes towards the palace.he very well knows arguing with her is no use as her pregnancy hormones will make her more agressive and its not even good for her ,so he silently takes her from there.adgah saab informs that sujamal escaped while on the other side jodha is wondering who might be jalal's relatives who try to kill him.
after few days an unexpected thing happens drowning everyone in grief that is death of princess fatima,it was a normal death.jodha completely breaks down as she got emotionally attached to the baby while jalal tries to stay strong for the sake of jodha and ruks.while rukaiya instead of weeping for the loss plans how to make fatima's death useful to her.
