@Bold2 - this speculation is not correct. If you listen to Dhruv's latest interview on Sabras Radio by Raj, he has clarified that he had to leave bcz of 360 degree concept change and his character's scope was getting severely tarnished (i guess he indirectly explained regarding his highly pious & positive lead role would have been tarnished by drastic negative shades); he also says that on the same day he quit, he had to suffer the tragic loss due to which he was not able to come out and release explanatory statement to the media and people concerned...so had the twist to butcher his positive lead character not been there, then Dhruv would have continued in the bestest of his excellent abilities irrespective of the huge loss and thus i am saying shame on RS and SP and hats off to our sweetheart brilliant Dhruv.

However i am surprised why PH and SP did not come up with the statement in time which further proves that they knew Dhruv was their impact-actor and would have been trying their level best to solicit and convince him to get back as Dhruv and only Dhruv was capable of saving their sinking show...well if he would have accepted, then probably they would have given us MANYA after severely tarnishing both Amaya's and Dhruv's character in the name of pathetic twist. Glad that Dhruv politely declined and my already very high respect for him as an actor and person goes further notches higher.

I was not aware that Dhruv had an interview that stated this fact that the PH/Writers decided to make Mantu negative before his personal loss.

Then all I can say is I am glad he decided to step out before that occurred since it seems SP, PH, and Writers had already decided they wanted Amaya and Rama to happen for the sake of saas-bahu TRPs.

Which in all honesty they could have gotten with Rachita and Rama getting married and Radhita having to deal with Rama's family, her truth about her birth, and her relationship with her biological father.

Then we could have Mantu deal with having some long distance aunt and uncle come with ulterior motives that gives the other sass-bahu angle since SP wanted saas-bahu and Amaya trying to investigate this secret while see and Mantu get even closer.

Amaya dealing with shocking truth of her family and her suspicion towards Dev who is suddenly so nice to Sneha and GC

Then there is truth about Rishi, Hari, Dev, and GC...what exactly happened we only heard part of the story. My money was that GC was the one that had Dev locked up for 14 days. And he is the one that caused all the grief. But Rishi's suicide? Was Hari bad and may have pushed Rishi off the bridge?

I sometimes wish the original creatives that started the show would leak their plot summary of what they were hoping to write.
