NEXT DAY

Madhvi: vishwa ishu raman kay saath rehna chahti hai...

Mr iyer sees her...

Madhvi: meri baat aik baar sunlo...

Mr iyer: bolo...

Madhvi: vishwa ishu happiness lies with raman... she loves him... He also love ishu very much... And raman is not responsible for baby death... it was accident...

Mr iyer sees madhvi with no expression...

Madhvi: dekho... Wo goli raman ko lagni thi per ishu ne wo goli khai kiyon kay wo raman say bohat pyaar karti hai... wo janti thi kay is ka anzaam kiya hosakta hai phr bhi usne raman ko bachaya kiyon kay wo baby kay bina to jee sakti hai per raman kay bina nahe jee paye gi... Samjho mein kiya kehna chah rahi hoon...

Mr iyer nods... and says: mien khud ishu say subha mien baat karonga...

Madhvi gets surprised as mr iyer accepts this...

MORNING:

Mr iyer comes to ishita room in hospital... and caresses her head... Ishita opens her eyes...

Ishita: appa...

Appa: you believe me ishu???

Ishita nods...

Appa: you want to live with raman???

Ishita nods...

Appa: okay... Jab tum theek hojaogi to mein tumhain rokonga nahe... bus aik kaam kardo...

Ishita gets happy and says: kiya???

Appa: sign these papers...

Ishita: papers???

Appa: kuch khaas nahe bus... Don't you trust your appa???

Ishita takes them and signs them without reading... Appa smiles and blesses her... Amma comes and gets surprise that appa is convinced... she feels something is fishy... But she shrugged if thinking that she is thinking too much...

Raman was gone to police station to submit his statement... He gets call from his lawyer that divorce case is filed against him and he is held responsible for baby death by his wife... he gets shocked...

He directly goes to hospital to talk to ishita... But appa stops him. as madhvi was gone to mandir for pray, appa takes advantage...

Appa: ishu does not want to live with you...

Raman stands shocked...

Appa: I know you will say you don't believe me... See these paper she herself sign them...

Appa hands over raman the divorce paper... Raman sees them... And shocked...

Raman: I want to meet ishita once...

Appa: shakal to door ki baat wo tumse baat bhi nahe karna chahti...

Raman gets heartbroken... Appa ask him to leave...

Appa: chaly jao... Door ho jao humari zindagi say...

Raman silently leave from there... he goes to flat... toshi jee gets worried to see raman broken...

Toshi jee: kiya hua???

Raman gives her divorce papers...

All family gets shocked...

Toshi jee: puttar... Ishita aisa nahe kar sakti... Tune khud baat ki usy...

Raman: muje bhi yaqeen nahe ho raha... Appa ne milne nahe diya

Toshi jee: madhvi thi???

Raman: nahe... amma nahe thi...

Toshi jee: tu phone kar usy...

Raman dials amma number... she was sitting with ishita feeding her fruits... takes the call...

Raman: ishita.. say baat karni hai... controlling himself...

Amma gives phone to ishita...

Ishita: hello...

Raman: kiya appa... ne jo kaha wo sach hai...you agree with his decision???

Raman was hoping that ishita will tell him no but ishita was unaware of the cunningness of appa... thinking about her morning talk with appa...

Ishita: haan...

Raman gets shocked... He can't not talk any more cuts the call and cries uncontrollably... Toshi jee hugs him and pats his back to calm him down...

Toshi jee: kiya hua puttar???

Raman: she want divorce maa... And cries...

All gets shocked...

Other side ishita was surprised as raman cuts the call without talking further... she was waiting for raman to come...

Mihir comes and tells raman that court time is coming near he has to go to court...

COURT:

Raman was lifelessly sitting there... In between four days, all his happy world gets shattered... Four days ago he was living a happy contented life and now he is all alone...

Hearing start...

Appa accuses raman: he kill my grandchild... He never wanted to marry ishita...

Judge: is it true??

Raman: no its not... I loved my baby... I love my wife... I never wished this to happen

Lawyer: but its true marriage was forced on you...

Raman: actually...

Lawyer: yes or no??

Raman: yes...

Family member cries seeing his state...

Judge: court aik dafa miss ishita say bhi milna chahta hai...

Appa: sorry sir ...she is not in the condition to come here... Here is her health report... she is in state of shock...

Lawyer: judge sahib iss case me aur kuch nahe hai please grant divorce today to miss ishita... How can she live with a man who is the killer of her baby...she will feel suffocated...

Raman: I am not a killer... I don't kill my child...

Judge: court decided after listening to all that...

Raman lawyer: please jugde give me 20 minutes I will prove that raman love his wife so much he is not responsible for baby death... mr iyer is wrongly accusing my client...

Appa lawyer: but sir it is no need

Jaugde: granted...

20 minutes get over...

Judge: so mr pathak do you have any prove...

Pathak: please jugde sahib grant more ten minutes...

Appa lawyer: honorable judge mr pathak ne court ka Mazak bana diya hai...

Pathak: sir...

Judge: no more time mr pathak... Court iss decision per pohanchi hai kay miss ishita ko divorce...

A firm voice halt the decision: ruk jaye...

All turn to see...

A weak lady standing there madhvi holding her as she has no strength to stand... tears were continuously flowing from her eyes...

Raman: ishita...

Raman runs towards her... Appa gets worried as his all plan will be failed...both sees each other...

Judge: ye sab kiya ho raha hai...

Ishita: I am ishita raman bhalla... and I don't want divorce...

Judge: but you have signed these documents...

Ishita: no my sign was taken without my consent...

Judge: as miss ishita does not want to take divorce court dismiss the case... If miss ishita want, a case can be filed against mr iyer...

Ishita: yes I want to file case against mr iyer for wrongfully acussing my husband and defaming him...

Mr iyer stands shocked...

Raman: ishita...

Court closes...

All gathered outside the court...

Mr iyer comes to ishita... ishita turns her face at other side... Madhvi holds mr iyer hand and takes him from there...

Madhvi: vishwa tumne muje kahin mo dekhane kay qabil nahe chora... How can I face ishita and raman... they leaves...

Raman comes towards ishita... Holds her hands... Ishita takes them with jerk...

Raman: ishita...

Ishita cries... raman tries to hug her but she pushes him... raman takes her in hug... ishita hits him...

Ishita: I hate you raman... I hate you... how can you silently do this... don't you know that I cant live without you...

Raman: I thought you blame me for...

Ishita: shut up... Just shut up...

Raman: sorry... I love you ishita...

Ishita: love you my foot... Cant you fight for your love...

Raman: sorry... Don't cry...

Ishita hugs him tightly...

All family smiles...

Mihir: raman thanks bolo... Aj mein ne hi tumhari shadi bachai hai

Raman: matlab??

Mihir narrates...

When mr iyer says that ishita is in state of shock...Mihir listening to this gets suspicios of appa intention...he ask lawyer to take sometime he will come with ishita... he left court and goes to hospital...

Ishita: mihir... tum yahan?? Raman kaise hain???

Mihir: Bhabhi... kiya apne dirvoce file ki hai???

Ishita: divorce??? Shockingly

Mihir: haan Bhabhi...and tells all the truth...

Ishita: wo subha mein appa ne kaha tha kay wo muje apkay saath jane say rokain gay nahe... Muej yehi laga tha isley haan bola...

Mihir: hmmm... All well that's end well...

Raman and ishita sees each other... Remembers the baby but hides their tear from each other for each other...
