Yiee...20th Chapter of my 1st ever story 😉
This update is for Kavyashree..if she would not have requested me.I wouldn't have post this one too...😉

Chapter 20 ⭐️ -

Abeer came out and saw Manik and Cabir there. Chachi left for work after assurance from Manbir.
Ab-Manik ja andar..she needs you.
C-All right na..hua kya hai use.And why isn't she coming out.
M-Exactly..
Ab-Tu ja tujhe sab pata chal jaayega..Cabir chal mere saath..
C-Kahan..
Ab-let's leave them alone for a while.

Manik goes in.Nandu was standing near the window silently weeping.Seeing Manik she immediately hugged him.He was shocked initially but he too responded.He felt something wet on his shoulder and saw that she was crying.He tried breaking the hug..but she wouldn't let him...

M-Nandu hua kya hai baby...ur scaring me now.
She broke the hug and he made her drink water...
N-Manik wo...
M-Haan bolo...he encouraged her.
N-Wo kal bhaiyya ka phone aaya tha aur unhone mujhe unke paas bulaya hai. she said in a breath and waited for him to reply.

But he was really literally shocked. Only he knew his inner turmoil.His story with her had just started nd might just end like that..he didn't want this..never!! But right now that is what happened and he wasn't able to do anything. She meant to him..A Lot.But it's also true that family is always first..and he was her brither..if he had asked her to come and even Chachi couldn't do anything then it was no use him trying...He was thinking all this and was silent all the while. Nandu shook him to bring him out of his thoughts.

N-Manik pls kuch bolo na...she said between her sobs...'Mujhe nai jana hai tumhe chod ke hamare friends ko chod ke.But Rishab bhaiyya ne order kar diya..mujhe wahan nai jana kisi bhi stupid certificate k liye.
M-Okay okay! Relax..okay...calm down. He said hugging her...'he's ur brother na...he wants all good for u toh you should understand na..
He said with a heavy heart.She broke the hug and looked at him with disbelief..she expected him to support her and here he was favouring her brother.

N-Tum kya bol rahe ho.
M-Tumhe jaana chahiye Nandu...you will learn so much..it would be so good for you
N-Aur hamara kya... she said cutting him in between..still in shock.
M-Main kahin nahi ja raha...he said lowering his face trying to stop his emotions that would overflow anytime.
N-Par main toh ja rahi hoon na.. she tried to justify.
M-Trust me..it will not effect us.
N- I can't believe this.

Saying this she took the pillow next to her and started hitting him with constant crying and muttering 'I hate you!!' And he was taking it all.Coz he knew she had to calm herself and vent it out. After a while she became slow and he held her hands in his..

M-Hogaya..
This was it she hugged him again..
M-He's your brother Nandu..he has more right on you than anyone else..if he wants you to come there it would be for ur good only na..I know u might not be expecting me to say all this...par tum hi batao kya tumhe nai lagta ki tumhare liye wo acha hoga and how can I be selfish to stop you from flying higher..nd trust me when I say this..I waited for you so long...I will wait a bit more for you to be back with a bang.Hmm..
Nandini just nodded her head.
M-Kab ja rahi ho...
And she nodded her head in a no..
M-Nandini..!! in a low sweet tone.
N-2 weeks later.
M-Kab tak rahogi wahan...
N-Wahi toh my khadoos brother is not telling na...wo nai bata rahe.
She said with a pout and he laughed aloud.
N-Tum na baat mat karo mujhse..pehle toh tumne unki side ki aur ab mujhpar has rahe ho.
M-Im sorry (he said controlling his laugh) but you looked so cute.
He said poking her cheek.
N-Trust me Manik...agar Bhaiyya ne mujhe zyada roka na toh main bhaag kar aajaongi.
M-Ok baba..par abhi toh tum fresh hojao nd eat something. Then we'll tell everyone ok.
N-Tumhe kya lagta hai wo bandar Abeer ne kisiko kuch bataya nai hoga kya..? Uske pet mein kuch tikta hi nai.

After Nandini had her breakfast Manan left to the clubhouse and as expected all stood there with shocked expressions. And suddenly pounced on Nandini taking her in a big bear hug. This made her emotional and tears formed in her eyes..so to lighten the moment Cabir said...

C-Aree bhai abhi kyu rualrahe ho Nandu ko..abhi nahi ja rahi wo..

All got a hint with this and vhanged their moods...One week passed in a blink..till now all was good but as time passed it became tougher to believe that she would be leaving..it became hard to digest. Manik and Nandini grew closer with time..their bond grew stronger...they trusted blindly on one another..their understanding was infinite.But both knew she had to leave...
Manik had planned a special eveningfor Nandini.So he was busy in making preparations.He didn't talk to her since morning and Nandu was annoyed with his behaviour. She was out with the girls,shopping.
N-Manik ko main chodungi nai..wo mujhe ignore kar raha hai.. huh!!
Na-Kuch kaha tumne..
Nandini nodded her head in a no.
Na-Are hamne suna tumne kuch kaha..
N-Nai Navya..
Na-Acha chalo food court ki taraf..boys bhi aa rahe hai.

Food Court-
Manik and Nandini were sitting beside each other.Manik wss trying to hold her hand but she shoved his hand away whenever he tried.

Manik's pOV-
Ise kya hua...shayad maine subhe se baat na ki ho isiliye toh nai!!
End

Al-Guys I have to buy a bag...so I'll get back in a while..
Anu-Even I want a Capresse...I'll join you.
Na-Hame shoes khareedne hai hum bhi aate hai.
Dh-Toh let's all go na!!
All boys- 'NAHII'
Mu-Chill guys..we're done with the rest..it's only for a while.

Manik sneaked Nandini to a corner while the girls and the boys with the girls were busy.

N-Kya hai Manik!! (angrily)
M-Exactly!! Why are you ignoring me.
N-Maik kar rahi hoon ignore...tum kar rahe ho!! Apna phone dekha hai..maine kitne messages kiye par tumne kisi ka bhi reply nai kiya.Mere calls bhi nai uthaye.
M-Aree I was busy..
N-Main 4 din mein chali jaongi Manik. Tumhe pata hai na...phir kyu nai baat karna chahte ho..!!
She said with tears in her eyes..He immediately took her in a side hug and said..
M-Hey!! Shh..shh.. Kisne kaha main baat nai karna chahta hoon..infact main tumhare liye hi toh kar raha tha.
N-Mere liye!! Mere liye mujhi ko ignore...Wow!!
M-Aree baba...ok I was planning a surprise for you. Tomorrow.
N-Liar!!
M-I promise. Warna kon apna surprise kharab karega...ok now stop crying. I don't like this gloomy Nandini..hmm!!

So what has Manik planned...iska idea mujhe nai hai 😆 So if you all can give me suggestions.A simple candle light dinner in her favorite restaurant with sea facing view..or..a day out visiting all their special favourites...or something else.
