She is undoubtedly doing the best among newcomers and has already proven talent being just 3 years of work. Her career graph could potentially be similar to Kareena's in that both of them starterd very young and achieved success pretty early in their careers. SoYes? No? And why. Will she sustain longetivity?

nah.

The irony is all, all my younger cousins born in the 2000's prefer Deepika (and so do their peers.) Alia doesn't hve the diva-like quality needed to be a superstar.

She is gonna be another Sodumb or Bimbola in the making.

She doesn't have the X factor.

She may always get more work than other actresses, but I dont think she will ever be a "superstar" she does not have x-factor.

Plus, its always the ones you think won't be a superstar, that do end up being huge stars. Nobody ever, in the wildest dreams would think the likes or Deepika, Vidya, Kangana would be huge stars - all outsiders!

In my opinion,she will definitely become a superstar!She's one girl who has shown immense improvement in her every film!And she has some really good films in her kitty now,her upcoming films has the perfect mixture of commercial cinema and little bit of offbeat cinema!So it seems like she wants to experiment,and I think it will make her a versatile actress!
And the people who are saying that she doesn't have the X factor,I really can't agree with them,because I think she has a really good approach towards the audience!And I really feel that there is a spark in her,so I believe nothing can stop her from becoming a superstar 😛

Its funny how for every other star-kid, everyone always uses the nepotism card , whereas for Alia, everyone goes out of their way to hide the fact that she only gets work because of Karan Johar, without him she would not have a single project in hand.

And she is yet to do a project that doesnt have Kjo involved. Is that what you call "talent"...With the amount of projects that get handed over to her on a platter, anyone with that much work would automatically become talented even if they weren't!!!

For me the biggest thing that makes a superstar - is struggle. And thats for most people...they identify with a superstar because theres a journey involved...a struggle...the overcoming of something...and every superstar in our country has overcome some kind of hurdle. Alia hasn't struggled for anything, shes just another spoiled brat joining films and thats the truth!

So far all her movies have been successful. She already seems to have a bigger fan following than all the people who came around the same time as her. She has a personality (some people like it and some hate it but you can't ignore it). If she keeps on this track, she will be a superstar for sure.

PS- Her becoming a superstar does not mean other females of this generation won't succeed. There is room for multiple women to be superstars at the same time if we allow it 😉
