you are talking about BARC website table,That is usually different from the ratings, otherwise both SSK and swaragini are at top. This blog posts the ratings every week, it is pretty much authentic http://scrutinybykhimaanshu.blogspot.in/2015/10/barc-ratings-week-40-2015.html

No it is not wrong but the table they post is very different from the complete rating table which is released. I dunno why...it is a confusing business.
