ACTUALLY, since its inception YHM has ONLY been about Shagun:

1) Raman staying away from Ruhi cos she reminded him of SHAGUN'S betrayal
2) Papaji was angry at Raman cos he sided with SHAGUN
3) Raman lost faith in women & called them gold diggers cos of SHAGUN
4) He insulted Amma & Ishu only because SHAGUN left him and he began believing that all women care only about money
5) He didn't forget SHAGUN neither did he do anything to forget HER memories
6) SHE manipulated him, kept him away from his son yet he always kept HER in his heart
7) He ALWAYS gets affected by HER

Somewhere, deep down Raman has feelings for SHAGUN!
