Any idea on renovation

Does any one have info on renovation track.i mean are they going to shift to new set .

I read on this forum that interior shooting takes places in kandivili at thakur shyam narayan school at top floor.

Sab ke ghar ka renovation ka budget 4lac se 10 lac tak ka hai. matlab kareeb 40 se 50 lac ka budget hai. ye log renovation karva rahe hai ya SMART CITY ke liye chanda ekattha kar rahe hai?

bapuji and tapu's room and lobby, jetha's bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and balcony can't have budget of 9 lacs 90 thousands because everybody's house has equal space plus tapu, bapuji and jetha come out of same place. As far i remember Where kerry lived is his 2nd flat. In episode 235 jetha had said he will buy flat for kerry and he had bought it. When there was flat auction of chandaramani's flat Roshan bhabhi had said that Jetha already has 2 flats so he should take the token back.

No as far as i remember kerry flat was owned by someone else.poptlal without telling Jethalal rented it from owner for kerry .😛.where bapuji lives is his another flat.so he has 2 terrace.in earlier episodes bapuji n tappu use to stand there. Jetha n daya use to stand in his balcony. They only show one room so the confusion.

Also in old episode of water shortage , when sundar n his group visit jetha before going to shirdi, daya request someone to bath in tapu room .indicating it has bathroom.

Yes Tapu's room has bathroom. Don't you think tapu's room, bathroom and balcony can't have budget of 4 lacs and 95 thousands bcoz though they have not shown the way to daya's kitchen they had at least shown the kitchen same way they would have shown another room of tapu's flat, because they are the leads. Jetha's flat's budget is 4 95 alone which has kitchen and balcony so i could not believe that their room will take 4 lacs 90 thousands
