We all know Drona, Arjuna and Ashwathama were is possession of this astra. My question being that does Karna and Bhishma had it as well?. Did Parshurama teach any of them, did parshurama even knew it?.

yes, i think, karna had the bramhasheera but he never got to use it because of the curse. bhishma never used it. as for parashuraam, un ke paas shaayad is is astra ki siddhi honi toh chaahiye, varnaa drona ke paas bramhasheer aata kahaanse?
