TO did well with it's first episode! It made the viewers hopeful about having all Originals back together in one screen again (even if only for flashbacks)!
Klaus has done it again! Just few minutes into the show and i started feeling sorry for this guy!
Elijah was great! Nice to see this guy not revolving his world around Klaus! i just hope he hasn't shifted his world from being Klaus-centric to Hayley-centric! His action scenes were really good! Made me remind of TVD S2 Elijah!
I liked Cami! Glad to see that she has put her degree in psychology to some good use! It's seems like human faction will gear up well this season! I'm definitely looking forward to it.
Davina is trying to lead the witches and failing big time! Davina doesn't want to show her people that she behaves like a vampire sypathizer but lands up right at the place where all NOLA Vampires live! Way to go girl! Hope you take down Hayley with you too!
Less Hayley was brillaint Hayley! Of course all her dialogues starts with 'what the hell?!
Despite being the siblings with least scenes, Finn and Kol bring out the family dynamics of Mikaelsons! The flashbacks were much-awaited and they did not disappoint me at all! Let's just hope they include these two brothers more in the flashbacks at least! Without them, Mikaelsons never look like a complete family to me!
Hope was adorable! Has grown up a bit and still oblivious to everything around her! I really wished she had grown up enbough to talk and do some interesting magic!
Freya desperately needs a storyine! I hope see we don't see her just being used a replacement of Rebekah in Klaus-Elijah's brotherly feuds and Hayley as Hope's mother! There is got to be more to currently-the-most-powerful-witch-of-NOLA!
All new characters were brillaint and very promising! Lucien is just class-apart! When i saw his apartment, i was strongly reminded of the days when Mikaelsons used to the coolest vampires in TVD! Now i barely remember when they fed straight from humans or had such kind of fun!
Klaus seems to be back in action...i mean vampiric action! Killing the critic in his Klaus-way! Reminded me of how he had killed those 12 hybrids and Katherine's family!
Overall it was episode full of promises for a better and more vampire-focussed storyline! Let's just hope JP keeps her words and does not repeat her mistakes of TO S2
