I have been a silent follower of the show this season and wanted to say something after I read the news about the winner. I would just want to say to both the fans that this show is ultimately about dancing with the stars and the star that performs the best, ideally should win and that has finally happened in this season.
I agree that Sanaya is an exceptional beauty, has a great screen persona, she's a charmer and has a heart of gold but when you compare Sanaya with Faisal, she does lack on dance. Period. So it is only valid that Faisal wins this competition. I am a fan of Sanaya myself since Left Right Left days and haven't followed Faisal at all but despite this I am saying it that if you put these two on a dancing platform then Faisal obviously would score higher. He has also got considerable amount of popularity and when a person like Faisal is involved, the emotions of the audiences are always effected and such stories touch their hearts, hence the votes.
Also this show is not about the journey from a non-dancer to a dancer per say. The journey is important no doubt but at the end who dances better (whether a dancer or a dancer) should win and that has been done in this season. In the last season when Lauren and Drashti were standing together as the final two, it wouldn't be tough to judge that Lauren is the better dancer obviously but Drashti in that situation had more popularity than a foreigner and hence she won it that time.
So fans of Sanaya please don't be disheartened because she has achieved much more than expected from this show and has emerged as an amazing dancer. I could have never known this side of hers had this not been for this show. She has beaten even Shamita who is such a graceful dancer and has achieved a lot to be standing in the final two of jhalak. She has won hearts and is in no way less than the winner of the show. 😊
