Until it is not precised Naseer must be considered as his father because this is what is being said.
KB pregnancy with someone else I think is not elaborated again in this season.

It is realy hard to believe that this is the same drama with which I fell in love. What it has now become, a total metamorphosis of a family drama into a supernatural drama. Qubool hai is something that I am going to remember all through my life even if I forget everything else.
