Rakhi not amused with Karan-Kavita's act

Last night's ched chad round not only saw the girls poke fun at the boys but also Jodi No 6 – Karan and Kavit mimicked Rakhi by enacting her fight with Mika. And although the judges and other jodis may have laughed at the end of it, Rakhi was less than amused.

But Kavita Kaushik says that they weren't targeting Rakhi and hopes that she would take it in the right sense. "It was Karan's idea. And I think Rakhi should accept our mimicry act as she herself was imitating Mr.Bachchan and Hema Malini so she should be sporting about it. I wanted to make it more interesting but we had just 2 minutes so we had to do it all in a hurry," says Kavita.

So did Rakhi show her annoyance?

"Rakhi was very normal after our performance. In fact she was holding my hands when we were in the danger zone," informs the actress.

"In our country we imitate politicians and actors so Rakhi should not take it seriously. Rakhi's reaction initially was ok but later on she became normal as it was just the part of our act. Even I had planned to wear a wig of long hairs but later on it was irritating me so I just drop that idea, she should not mind it," says Karan.

Even though Karan and Kavita say that Rakhi should be cool about their imitation of the incident, Sawant herself says that she is quite upset at their selection of the night.

"How they can do such act? There were so many topics which they could have matched with the round but they chose my topic only! How do they know how I was feeling at that time and that too they did it in front of everyone. These things always happen to me! People want publicity through me which is very bad as I know Kavita and Karan are my friends and I was shocked," she says honestly.

Well karan-kavita cant compare their act with Rakhee imitating Hema Malini. Ya it is true in our country everyone imitates actors, like karan patel imitated shah rukh, theres nothing wrong in it, but these ppl imitated a really embarassing episode of Rakhi's life that had hurt her (like how she said in Karan Johar's show), now thats wrong! If it was a funny and embarassing episode of her life, she would also have laughed along, but this is different! Make fun of funny incidents, not incidents that a person wants to forget in her life!

What Karan said in the beginning is true...if you are not able to laugh at your own tragedy...it will always remain a tragedy. Celebrities should learn to take rumours and media lightly and not be too much obsessed with it. If Rakhi imitates others...she should be able to see others imitating her. Now if she was able to view this...then when there are many more imitating acts going on in other shows about her affair with Mika...she will be able to face it and laugh it off. If she is unable to do it...then really sad...she will have to cry on each and every imitation of hers. 😕

I thought that Rakhi would be strong enough to bear somebody imitating her and laugh at such an incident in her life...because that is what is important. If she continues to remember a kiss incident and make a fuss of it all her life...she is washing dirty linen in public. That is what is making Mika make an album on the kiss incident and surely Mika will also hog up publicity like Rakhi using that kiss incident. He is on jhalak dikhla jaa for the simple reason that he got so much of publicity from this one incident...and surely if such incidents are publicised...it will surely increase star value.😆

She herself publicised the incident and it became so popular that Rakhi-Mika case was more popular than her fame as an item number girl or dancer.

poor girl. I agree it was mean to do it... cuz they know very well that Rakhi isn't very comfy with the whole Mika thing, whatever it was!
