It doesn't work like that. PK is Hirani and Aamir Khan's success. BB is Salman and Kabir Khan's success.

Neither actress had a lot to do in their 300cr films. You have to stand out and make people talk only about you in the film to get a lot of credit for these big successes. Kareena was hardly in BB --more people talked about Harshali... and Anu's role in PK didn't really matter -- anyone could have done it. There was actually no scope for anyone other than PK in PK anyways...other characters weren't fleshed out by Hirani.

People have been saying that about Kareena for the past three years but she still ranks above a the newbies in any and all polls that matter like Ormax. (Yes then people will say those polls don't matter, yada yada, but they are the only means of judging relevence.) and the fact that she still gets top endorsements and movies coming her way.
