What happened to Subway trains in Dhaka?

😕 2-3 yrs ago I heard Dhaka government has hired people from Japan to help them build a subway system in the city....both underground and elevated. That news like disappeared after a month!😕

also lol Biman Airlines mentioned in 2003 that they'll be buying new Boeing 777 aircrafts which will replace the DC-10s we have....😆 that never happened either!😆😆😆
