You know I've been thinking about this and while I believe that Mangala loves Nimboli she's actually quite selfish in her love. Everything she's been doing has been for really selfish reasons, so that SHE doesn't lose Nimboli. And I mean yeah, she eventually got to Jagya and told him the truth about Akhiraj (?) but even then it was because she didn't want to lose Nimboli in a way. I can't help but think if she truly love the kid then she would want her to have a better life, to be away from Kundan and this family, to have a chance at truly being happy. She should have made that option available to her. Even after Kundan's rape attempt she was afraid of saying anything because then Anandi might find out and it would lead her to finding out the truth of the child marriages and take Nimboli away. Shouldn't the first priority have been Nimboli's safety?

Here's the thing, if she had put Nimboli's happiness and her safety above all she would have met Anandi, Anandi would've been eternally grateful and even if there were some resistance to the idea I don't think she could've cut Mangala out of Nimboli's life, Mangala would've possibly had a better life herself by putting the child's needs above her own.

Now I have strong feelings about Anandi's actions that lead to the kidnapping but at the end of the day she should be with her child or have the opportunity to know the child she's been missing all these years. Mangala on the other hand cannot put all of her hopes and fears on this little girl, that's unfair. Nimboli deserves a chance at a better life, a life that was taken away from her. Mangala as someone who claims to love her needs to see that she may want Nimboli with her but that may not necessarily be the best thing for Nimboli.
