I have seen that many people are saying that hiba can not quit TSM because she is bound by contract.. if the main leads are bound by contracts then dhruv should also have to face the consequences... Isn't it?

Yes Hiba too can quit if she wishes but she is a new comer to the industry, very young. Quitting her very first show in the midway can have adverse effect on her career. Not everybody would be patient enough to get to know the reason why she quit, it will remain a remark. People love it or not, Hiba is getting tremendous screen space, if not for anything else she can use that for her experience sake, looking at it strictly as one's profession.

Actally this is not hiba's first show or her first lead role show. her first show was saath phere where she played saloni's daughter as a child artist (amazing fact: dhruv's dad mohan sir played hiba's grandfather in that show) and her first lead role was in the channel V show crazy stupid ishq where she starred opposite vishal vashisht (baldev of veera) as his love interest and aneri vajani as parallel lead(nisha of NAUC). That show ended almost 2 years ago and vishal got the role of baldev as soon as it ended whereas aneri and hiba landed their second roles pretty much at the same time over a year after vishal got his role of baldev!!!!

dhruv's character got sidelined even though he is the main lead...thus he had a choice to stay or quit...but hiba is female main lead of the show...she can't quit the show for 1 year maximum...after 1 year if she wants to quit...she can...certain PH company makes a contract period 1 year...ekta makes contract of 2 yrs for her female lead...the contract of male lead is different and female lead is different...the TV industry runs due to female leads...thus if a female lead quits...its dooms for the PH...secondly this shit airs in SP...they too signs certain contracts with female leads...

I think the only person that knows the nature of the contracts is the actors and the company they are contractually obligated to...
