I hope Ms. Lovely is also Bengali

First son Adarsh was forced to marry someone of his father's choice but is still carrying on with his not-so-ex girlfriend Lovely (is that really her name?), who by the way seems to have Bengali features. I must say he is one cool customer to have been able to hide it for so long. He doesn't have emotional outbursts like Sanskaar or Laksh so it would have been easier to do. Now when I go back and watch old episodes, I feel there were hints all along about Adarsh pretending to but never really being happy with his marriage. He seemed to be in a marriage of compromise, not love.

Second son Sanskaar pretended to break things off with Kavita but tried to secretly marry her and ended up a widower plus V-for Vendetta guy for a while. Then he falls for another girl who is a Bengali!

Laskha also fell for a Bengali girl but ended up marrying her sister, yet has the whole "Tum meri nahin to kisi aur ki bhi nahi" thing for Swara.

I wonder if Uttara will find a Bengali dude and want to marry him now that her brothers have paved the way for her. It would be interesting to see the change in dynamics with the Maheshwari's being the girl's side. That is, of course, if Uttara returns from her sabbatical. 😆

I mean, come on DP, you are living in Kolkata, surrounded by Bengalis! Yes, the Marwadi community is strong but population-wise more of a minority. The probability of one the sons (or daughter) falling for a Bengali is way too high.

How can I forget, Shekhar also bit the dust decades ago!
