I caught the show kinda late my self - probably a week or so.

Yes we have 2 feuding families run by the 2 ladies - Leela Taneja and Anita Luthra who fight cats n dogs every time they meet.
To avenge his mother Anita, her son Yuvraj led Twinkle who is impressionable down the romance path and intends to humiliate her and in turn her mother.

Twinkle is influenced bu the movies and her world revolves around this great love she has for Yuvi.

Her mother settles her alliance with Kunj's family where she is accepted whole heartedly by Manohar ji as she is supposed to be fortunate for their house. So despite the kids - aka Kunj and Twinkle not being interested, the parents fix the alliance. So they make a deal to stick with the engagement for the 3 months it takes to the D day.
Then break it off the day before to be with their respective loved ones.
Kunj doesnt like the way Twinkle is treated by Yuvi and tries to knock sense in her head that she doesnt get.


The wedding date has been moved forward to Oct 17 now so there is a mata ka jagaran planned. Meanwhile yuvi asks twink to come to jalandhar to get her married to him.
