BombayTimes: Why Parth Samthaan is out of Hawa Hawaii

Why Parth Samthaan is out of 'Hawa Hawai': After opting out of the second season of 'Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan' (KYY), Parth Samthaan instantly bagged the lead role in Gul Khan's show titled 'Hawa Hawai'. However, we hear the actor is out of the show now and Laksh Lalwani has stepped in. A source working on the show reveals, "Parth seems to have grown too big for his shoes. He left for Bangalore immediately after signing Gul's show. When the production team tried to reach him for a photo-shoot, he said he was in Lonavala. They later found out that he was partying at a Bangalore nightclub. So, he has been replaced."
When contacted, Parth said, "Firstly, I had not signed anything with them. That's a false accusation. Yes, they had asked me not to leave the town, however, I had to for my own reasons. But I opted out and not the other way around. They wanted to have a dialogue post that, but I decided to let go of the offer. Also, I was offered a few Bollywood projects around the same time. It was for my professional growth that I chose to opt out of the TV show."

If he had not signed anything, that means he was not bound by them or their contract. In the least answerable to any of their commitments. Then why did he lie abt being in Lonavala when he was in Blr..
