I completely agree.
I am feeling that Singhania family is being deceived.
Because they are emotionally attached with Rashmi and so desire her to settle down again they are not paying attention to the little things that are sounding an alarm in regards to Samir.
He lied several times. He hid the fact that he had money in his wallet and that he had credit cards.
Devyani caught this. Singhania's are more worried about losing this alliance of marriage. Devyani is try to come to a conclusion using her heart and brain whereas everyone else is thinking emotionally.
My take is any decision taken in rush you are going to repent big time later.
Samir knows how to manipulate and which buttons to push when it comes to Singhania's because they are emotionally vulnerable. He could marry anyone but why is he interested in Rashmi?
What is his motive behind his actions. How can we disregard the conversations he has had on the phone which Devyani found odd. Samir knows Devyani is skeptical about him but he also knows that most of the Singhania family is in favor of this marriage.
I personally have been in Rashmi's shoes. I have a daughter who I have raised by myself and I know if I had been in Rashmi's situation my family would be very careful if I were to remarry again.
Here there seems to be a rush to get engaged and married. It is a matter of time the truth will be revealed. They have shown Samir behaving oddly for a reason. There is some message in this story. Devyani's doubt has some purpose in this storyline. It is not just her being stubborn.
Time will reveal the truth. My feeling is that he is marrying for money.
