Some Questions

First: How come Sanjay has called that man who said that AD is Sumit's Patni, when Sanjay was busy with engagement.
Secondly: Sumit never mentioned about Kumkum's children,why? Ok he may have forgot.

But with regards to children, when women delivers her whole body goes through a change how come Krishna never thought about that. Or may be she forgot and just living as a girl.

Lets see what happens. We all know with all the ups and downs Sumit and Kumkum will be together only to wait for another villain, Brij and ghar ka problem and then may be Antara and then may be someone else. Uffffffff no respite.
