We have always seen how Shanti twists the truth or uses only half truths to her advantage by doing her drama.
Today, Raghuwa proved that he is Shanti's son, Shanti's own blood and Sarla's brother. He also showed he can twist the truth and would not understand a sentence said in the straight way.
Kusiya hit the nail right on its head when she said, "What is wrong if I take money from my brother? Don't you give money to your sister?"
Raghuwa did not expect "logic" coming out of Kusiya's mouth.
She exactly pointed out that what her brother did was exactly what he did for his sister.
Raghuwa was zapped at that truth and if he give a little thought, he would have very well understood what Kusiya said is the right thing! 100% right!
Probably he understood , but he very smartly twisted it around and took the argument somewhere else. Later when Kusiya pointed that too, that he was being unreasonable, he once again twisted it and convincingly said, "I might give, but I don't want to take, and you as my wife, has to make sure my policy is followed."!
So, ultimately, what it means is - I'm a human being, and you are not. You are not a separate being than me and hence only my thoughts, my emotions, my policies matter and it is your duty to make sure that happens!
Waah Raghuwa, you preach that beti, bahu are the same and here today your narrow mindedness and hypocrisy was in great display!!! You don't even let Kusiya have her own thoughts, dreams, aspirations, point-of-view or even her own existence!!
She is your slave & you make sure she is a slave of your mother & your sister!!
Shame on you!
