Gayatri's Grihahapravesh was completely symbolic. The path appears filled with rose petals for everyone. I mean to any outsider the life of Rani is that. A path full of roses. I mean easy going and happy. But when Gayatri steps on it she encounters the nails. That means only the person who decides to walk that path knows what lays beneath.
And bearing that pain she has to take the plates without making sound. That shows the difficulties in the path. And she is not expected to show any difficulties to anyone observing her. She has to handle the difficulties without making noise. yesterday it was the physical pain Gayatri has to endure. But in her actual journey it will be the emotional pain she will have to endure. And suffering that pain she has to manage her duties without making any noise. Or rather without shouting and crying around " what has happened to me"
And if she is able to manage that she will be able to carve out her identity. That was the imprint of her feet they showed after she walked. yes it was the imprint made in blood. That means Gayatri's emotional toil will be hard, excoriating and by the time she reaches the destiny and makes the imprint the girl will be almost suffering and has gone through lot.
But just like they showed Ranaji taking care of her feet, if Gayatri walks that path and creates her identity she will have Ranaji bowing before her, at her feet willing to give her all the love she truly deserves.
